Greenspan aggress with Michele Bachmann: Debt ceiling didn’t have to be raised







Michele Bachmann voted against raising the debt limit and took heat for it. Her position was the most sound because when the country is already $14 trillion in the hole, you don’t keep digging the hole deeper.



Establishment GOPers were too timid to see the logic in this thinking because they were afraid of the media blaming them for a default that was never going to happen.



That’s why she’s a real leader and most of these jackasses aren’t.

"The United States can pay any debt it has because we can always print money to do that. So there is zero probability of default" said Greenspan on NBC's Meet the Press.

So it should be understood in Washington and by the public at large that this latest debt increase should be the last in American history.
