NOT AGAIN. More knuckleheads who worship the Insane Clown Posse thought it cool to terrorize kids in Manchester, New Hampshire. Dressed in ISP T-shirts, they chased kids around the hood and fired a gun into the air. They were trying to scare them. Editorialize here (what a colossal load of dicks!)

Juggalos, of course, are the idiots fans who dress up like the Insane Clown Posse, a bizarre hip hop duo who wear face paint at performances.After the group chased the children, they got into a small white clown car parked nearby.
