Breaking News: Pitcher Ollie Peerez Put on DL by New York Mets AG Eric Holder Considering an Investigation

Whispers were running rampant at Citi Field today that something fishy was going on with Oliver Perez and the Mets.
I just wanted to watch the game.
Mets won today 6-1 over the Marlins, and Ike Davis, the Mets rookie first basement went 4 for 4 for the first time in his career.
But, the buzz wouldn't stop.
For those of you not familiar with the Mets, Ollie Perez is a starter for the Mets who couldn't throw the ball over the plate. It was an embarrassing thing to watch and he was hurting the team with his lousy pitching.
For wees the Mets have been trying to get him to accept a trip down to the minors to straighten himself out.
But, Oillie refused to go.
Now all of sudden he has an injury and he's put on the disabled list. Mets fans were jumping up for joy, when rumors started circulating that Eric Holder thought something was afoot.
"We don't need that," one fan said.
"Holder should worry about finding terrorists, or suing BP for the oil leak in the Gulf."
Hopefully, nothing happens with this investigation or maybe Holder will just botch it like everything else.
Mets fans hope so.
