Under a buffoon named David Dinkins, New York was practically a sewer.
Our murder rate was over 1400 a year. Drugs were being sold right doen the corner from my house in open daylight.
They said that New York City was unimaginable or too much for one man to handle.
These were the excuses they made for lightweight Dinkins.
Enter Rudy Giuliani and he along with his administration turned NYC to what is it today, the safest big city in the world.
These are Mr. Giuliani’s credentials that allow him to criticize another inept buffoon sitting in the White House today.
