Janine Lindenmuller, readying legal maneuver to regain custody of the pair's daughter now that Monster Garage star embroiled in a "Bombshell" affair.According to a report, Lindemulder has filed legal docs in the ongoing custody battle of six-yer-old Sunny who lives currently with Jesse and wife Sandra Bullock.
The tatted James was granted full custody when Janine, an ex porn star, was convicted for tax evasion last year and is currently jailed in an Oregon half-way house.
Prior to the media explosion in the Bullock-James domicile, Lindemulder didn't seek to regain custody but now in the wake of James alleged 11 month affair with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, the report claims that a judge may side with her now.
