SICKO OF THE DAY: contest closed. Meet Timothy Neal McKinley, 51, and twisted as hell. The Oklahoma man is accused of raping and molesting two young girls and forcing them to perform sex acts on an, er, grown up toy. The sickening story came to light last year when an 11-year-old girl told cops Twisted Timmy touched her in the "wrong places" and she had caught him in bed with a girl of 14. It seems, Timmy has a penchant for young girls: in 2006 cops seized a gazillion nude photographs of children off his computer. Some were of the 11-year-old girl who made the complaint. But for some bizarre reason no charges were ever laid. The latest accusations?
* Forced her to perform sex acts on the toy and the other girl to do the same.
* Made her perform sex acts on him and watch while he had intercourse with the teen
