IT'S MONDAY Mugshot Madness. Time to meet Levon T. Sarkisyan of Connecticut. Cops in Farmington say Levon, 27, told them he was acting on divine inspiration--read God--when he kicked in a door and tore the house up. Cheers, Levon!
