hasn't decided yet whether she wants to legally split with Arnold Schwarzenegger after he admitted that he fathered a love child with a member of his household staff.
Mildred Baena, known as Patty, had worked for Schwarzenegger as an assistant and housekeeeper for more than 20 years.
Apparently she threatened to go public with
the news that she had given birth to the former Govenor of California's son and that prompted the actor's admission.
A neighbor told local station KABC that Baena's teenage son is "polite and very cordial, someone you want to be around."
Sources close to Shriver say Laura Wasser, described as a "prominent Los Angeles family law attorney," is representing her.
She was apparently taken on before the news became public, after Shriver moved out of the family's Brentwood mansion earlier in the year after Schwarzenegger acknowledged the child is his.
