SOME people just shouldn't be parents and Juliette Dunn is definitely one, because for some reason she thought it was a good idea to feed her 10-month-old baby cocaine and beer.According to the Conneticut Post, the 29-year-olds from, Success Village, was sitting with pal Lisa Jefferson on a playground when another mom flagged down cops and complained that she was feeding her child beer.
Officers spotted and empty 40-ounce Steele Reserve beer on the ground next to her four-year-old son and a baby bottle that stank of booze.
According to their report witnesses told them that Jefferson told the youngster to chug the beer - and then called him an alcoholic when he finished.
The children were taken to a local hospital where they tested positive for alcohol and the 10-month-old tested positive for cocaine.
When being interviewed by a social worker, the 4-year-old mentioned that he liked "Natural Ice" beer and Budweiser but didn't like the taste of "Dog-Bite beer," police.
Dunn and Jefferson were arrested and charged with two counts of risk of injury to a child and two counts of second-degree assault.
They are both being held on a $100,000 bond.

WELL at least he didn't drink and drive. But quite what Raymond Roberge was thinking when he picked up the phone and called the cops is a mystery - even to him probably. Because the 65-year-old dialled 911 and when cops turned up at his home, he offered them money to go buy him beer.
Needless to say the officers were less than impressed, with this the latest in a string of idiotic calls from Roberge.  In fact, all of Roberge's 79 "emergency" calls to 911 since the beginning of this year have been false alarms, authorities told the Connecticut Post. On one occassion he even offered authorities $20 and some spare change to sit with him. Police did not say whether they accepted that particular offer but on this occasion they charged him with misusing the 911 system and was freed after posting a $500 bond.
