'STRAIGHT' BISHOP EDDIE LONG: ANOTHER MAN COMES FORWARD

COMPLETELY STRAIGHT
REMEMBER "completely straight" mega-church pastor, Bishop Eddie Long who paid off four teenage boys, who he'd allegedly had relations with, rather than go court.
Well now it's emerged that a fifth young man, Centino Kemp has also confronted lawyers about his relationship with the pastor during the settlement negotiations.
The 22-year-old, who has Long's name tattooed around his wrist along with the words, "Never a Mistake, Always a Lesson," did not officially file a lawsuit, but also got a payout.
A lawyer close to the case confirmed to WAGA TV  that Kemp was involved but claimed he was "different from the other young men" which made the case "more difficult."
Kemp told the station that he met the pastor during a visit to his megachurch when he was a teenager, but refused to comment further.Bishop Long is a father of four who has been an outspoken opponent of gay marriage, and his church has counseled gay members to become straight.
His empire was threatened in September when several men claimed he abused his spiritual authority and used cars, jewelry and cash to lure them into trysts when they were 17 and 18.

MEGACHURCH BISHOP EDDIE LONG DEFINITELY NOT GAY

DEFINITELY NOT GAY
EXPENSIVE suits, flashy jewelry, well groomed appearance - nope nothing to suggest a gay man at all.
And despite having vowed to fight the sex allegations between him and four teenage their is apparently no reason to think megachurch preacher, Bishop Eddie Long is gay - especially now he's paid them off instead of fighting their claims.
We have no problem with gay men but it does seem strange to us that he chose not attempt to disprove their allegations that he used to his power to influence them into sexual relationships, but instead settled the lawsuit with money - possibly millions.
Former DeKalb County Prosecutor J. Tom Morgan told WGCL: "You can interpret that any way you want, but usually people do not settle cases unless there is some reason to do so.
"They had to reach a settlement if they did not want any statement by the Bishop on record."
Former New Birth members Spencer LeGrande, Anthony Flagg, Maurice Robinson and Jamal Parris filed civil lawsuits against Long last September.
The attorneys refused to comment on the case which their silence suggests part of the agreement is that no one talks about it.
"Nobody knows what the numbers are. I would be sure it's in the millions," Morgan added. He estimated that amount because that's what he said a Catholic church paid victims in a similar case that he prosecuted.

Alleged Homo Bishop Eddie Long Scandal: S.C. Pastor Calls for Resignation, Plans Rally

I don’t know if these allegations are true. But, I’ve heard rumors for quite a long time that there are a number of gay undercover pastors in Atlanta.

Who knows?

But, I’ll say this. Why does every pastor have to become a “bishop”? What’s wrong with the “pastor” title to lead a church?

I think that’s a bigger scandal.

CBS News reports that many of Bishop Eddie Long's followers have remained loyal to the Atlanta megachurch pastor despite the allegations that he lured four young men into sexual relationships, but the pastor of a small South Carolina church is calling for Long to step down.

Bishop Prophet H. Walker of True Light Pentecost Church in Spartanburg, S.C. plans to rally at Georgia's state capital to call for Long's resignation, claiming that the accused pastor is a "bad influence on the Christian church and future generations," reports the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Walker, who claims his church is opposed to homosexuality, intends to "support the integrity and character of the Christian faith," on Oct. 31, but refused to say exactly how many members of his church would follow suit, reports the paper.
