CASEY ANTHONY 'MUST' RETURN TO ORLANDO: JUDGE

CASEY Anthony's time in hiding is over, after a judge ordered her back to Orlando to serve a year of probation for her check fraud conviction.
The one time party mom has been in hiding, since she was sensationally found not guilty of the murder of her young toddler, but now she will have to return to her home state.
Back in January 2010, she admitted to stealing her friend a checkbook from her friend Amy Huizenga - who later testified against her at her murder trial - and writing herself five checks
totaling $644.25. At the time of her sentencing she told the court: "I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm sorry for what I did. I take complete and full responsibility for my actions, and I'd like to apologize to Amy. I wish I'd been a better friend."
At the time, it was assumed that she would serve the probation while she was being held on murder charges.
But now it appears that Judge Strickland has changed his mind and he's ordered her back to serve the time.
Cheney Mason, one of Anthony's defense attorneys, said his client's legal team is working to "set aside and vacate the order."
He added the order claims Baez and Anthony were present Monday for a hearing -- something Mason said "did not happen."
Department of Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger said they would move on Anthony if she failed to show.
She said: "We're prepared to move forward with the court order. If she doesn't report, she'll be in violation of her probation, unless something legally happens and we're told to hold off."

HUSTLER MAG OFFERS CASEY ANTHONY $500 GS

STRIPPER?
PARTY mom Casey Anthony has been offered $500,000 to pose naked for Hustler magazine.
Owner Larry Flint claimed even he found the offer to America's most notorious women,  "a little weird" but said that fans of the magazine had repeatedly asked him about it.
He said: "I just felt that people wouldn't want to see her with her clothes on or off, so I kind of forgot about the idea.'
But he added: "I just recently got off of a book tour where dozens of people would come up to me in Philadelphia, Austin, Houston, they'd
say, 'Why haven't you made an offer to Casey Anthony?"'
Despite some of the weird and wacky things Flynt has done in his checkered life, he admitted that even he was a little bit wary about the idea.
He said: "You've got men who say, hey, I want to see her in her birthday suit. There may be some sick individuals  but that's what life is all about."
He added that in addition to the $500,000, he offered Anthony a percentage of whatever he earns from her pictures.
The news comes just days after we revealed here that she had been offered $1 million for her first TV interview, about the murder of her daughter Caylee.

PARTY MOM CASEY ANTHONY COST STATE $147,000

BROKE
PARTY mom Casey Anthony's defense team have sent a massive $147,018 bill to the state of Florida, for their work clearing her for the murder of her two-year-old daughter.
A jury astonished most onlookers this earlier this month, when they found her not guilty in the case which some have called the most controversial acquittal since OJ Simpson.
But now in a move that is bound to infuriate taxpayers statewide they've submitted their bill which claims expenses for a range of categories including expert witnesses, mental health evaluations and court reporting services.

According to the Orlando Sentinel  the state has paid $118,847 of those expenses and but refused to fork out nearly $12,000.
The largest portion that has been paid to date is for the category that includes investigative services, mitigation specialist work and subpoena service - totaling up to $67,100, reports the paper.
Anthony initially paid for her defense with $200,000 she received from ABC News for her family photos and videos, and money from private donors.
But she ran out of money and in March 2010 asked the court to declare her indigent so the state could pay the rest of her defense tab, something Circuit Judge Stan Strickland, the judge initially assigned to the case, agreed to.
Casey has been in hiding since the astonishing ruling, although it's believed she may be in California at the moment.
Her lawyer, Jose Baez who controversially accused both her father an brother of sexually abusing her, without producing a shred of evidence to back up his claims is in New York at the moment, negotiating a lucrative TV deal for his client as we reported here.
It is unclear as to whether they have struck a deal yet.

CASEY ANTHONY OFFERED $1 MILLON FOR TV INTERVIEW

MILLIONAIRE?
CASEY Anthony has been offered a cool million for the first TV interview, after she was cleared of murdering her daughter Caylee. Independent TV producer, Al Taylor told MailOnline that it was a "done deal" and that Casey would be interviewed by an as yet unnamed host for his company Private Elevator Productions.
He added that she may take a lie detector test, if the interview goes ahead.
Taylor bragged: "She made them come to Palm Springs. She wants the money that's for sure. No one else has the balls. I'm offering money from my own company. We're the only game in town."
He added: "She was a little concerned about how she is going to look with the lie detector test. But I said: 'You're the most hated woman in America, if you have to do some weird thing.'
"We were worried she wouldn’t answer the questions. We wanted to get our million dollars’ worth." He also claimed that while Casey was keen to work with him, her lawyer Jose Baez, who flanked her for the 15 to 20 minute meeting was less impressed. Taylor said: "Jose's a great lawyer but he's not a great agent. Take the money."
However Taylor's audacious claims seem to be negated by the fact that Baez has been spotted in New York where he is due to spend this weekend negotiating with executives from all the major networks.
According to TMZ, NBC who are paying for him to stay in the plush Mandarin Oriental Hotel are the frontrunners, with ABC a close second.
Here at Crime Scene USA however we don't feel Casey should make a penny from the controversial case and we're asking you to join our Facebook group No Money for Casey Anthony To Show your support.

BIDS FLOOD IN FOR FIRST CASEY ANTHONY INTERVIEW

IN THE MONEY
CASEY Anthony's lawyers have been inundated with interview requests from hundreds of media agencies around the World scramble for the first exclusive interview.
According to experts she could make hundreds of thousands, if not millions from lucrative, TV, book and magazine deals, as people scramble to hear her story, after she was cleared of murdering her toddler Caylee.
Media expert John McDade said: "It's going to be bigger than Jaycee Duggard's recent interview with Diane Sawyer. Those viewing figures were huge, but Casey's will undoubtedly be even bigger.

"The network's know that love her or loathe her, everyone will want to know what she has to say for herself, especially as she chose not to testify."
He added: "It means the checkbooks are out and Casey could make a fortune, possibly over a million if she decides to speak up."
Anthony has laid low after her release from jail but her lawyer Jose Baez insisted that his client had the right to cash in on her infamy, if she chose too.
Jose Baez said: "Right now we are just moving forward and trying to start putting the pieces back together for Casey's life."
He added: "She has certain rights as an individual in his country, and we will labour hard to make sure she has the ability to exercise those rights. If she decides she wants to speak publicly about it, she'll make that decision."

CINDY ANTHONY WILL NOT BE TRIED FOR PERJURY

CASEY Anthony's mom will not be tried for perjury despite being shown up to be a liar on the stand during her daughter's explosive court case.
Despite initially denying it to police, on the stand Cindy Anthony claimed that it was her, not her daughter, who searched for chloroform on the family computer.
Instead, she told the court that she had mistakenly searched for 'chlorophyll' because she thought it was making her dogs ill, when the knockout drug appeared instead.
She also claimed that 'neck breaking' had appeared on a pop up advert during one of the searches.
It appeared to blow a huge hole in the prosecution argument that Casey had searched for death terms before her daughter Caylee went missing.
But Cindy's old boss quickly showed her up to be a liar when she said that she had been in work at the time the searches were made.
Records were also produced by a chief compliance officer for Mrs Anthony's old company showing she was still logged into her work computer on the afternoons she claimed to be conducting the internet searches at home.
However despite making the false claims she will not be prosecuted for perjury on the stand.
But despite apparently lying to protect her daughter, Casey does not appear to have appreciated the gesture as she refused to see her mother when she tried to visit her in prison.
It's believed she may try again before her daughter is released on Sunday.

LAWYER FEARS FOR CASEY ANTHONY'S SAFETY

FEARS
MASON
CASEY Anthony's lawyer fears for her safety when she is released from jail after being acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee.
It's thought the one time party mom will be released this weekend, but once she's free her lawyer Cheney Mason fears for her safety.
He said: "We're all concerned about her safety and her future. I don't know that anything is ever beyond repair. But I think with her parents that's pretty well burned."
He added that he didn't know where she would go after she was released next weekend telling NBC I don't know and if I did I wouldn't tell you.

Mason came under fire last week for celebrating the court victory with a champagne party at a local bar.
In an apparent moment of madness, he turned to one camera pointed at him and rudely flipped his middle finger.
Instead of defending the action, however, Mason said he was gesturing towards a 'stalker' who he threatened was lucky he did not come out to confront him properly.
The news came on the back of a  USA Today/Gallup poll which suggested two thirds of Americans believe she is guilty.

CASEY ANTHONY'S MOM 'INCREDIBLY HURT'

DISTRAUGHT
ON RELEASE
CASEY Anthony's distraught mother is refusing to give up on her daughter and will try to visit her behind bars again.
Cindy Anthony, was turned away when she went to Florida's Orange County Jail last week, after Casey was sensationally cleared of murdering her two-year-old Caylee.
It's thought that she was trying to rebuild some of the bridges burned during the explosive trial when Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, claimed that she had been sexually abused by both her father, George and brother, Lee. A friend of the family revealed:
"Cindy was incredibly hurt and upset when Casey refused to speak to her. Despite everything, she is still her mother.
"She understands the huge toll this has take, but thinks it will be ten times worse once she is released, so she's desperate to try and sort, at least a few things out, before Casey is released on Sunday.
"As much anything she was hoping to find out what her plans are, once she is freed."
Neither Cindy or George have had any contact with their daughter, since before the trial and they fear that, like them, she will be subjected to vicious death threats or possibly worse.
Their lawyer Cheney Mason, has already sent one letter threatening to kill Casey and the juror's who acquitted her to the authorities.
The friend added: "Cindy has already lost a granddaughter and she doesn't want to lose her daughter too."

PARTY MOM CASEY ANTHONY RELEASED NEXT WEEK

SO. READY. TO. PARTY.
CASEY Anthony will be a free woman next Sunday, corrections officials have revealed.
Although Judge Belvin Perry sentenced her to four years for lying to police officer's, she will be free if she wishes, to return to her hard partying ways, because she has already been behind bars for that length of time.
It is unclear what she plans to do with her life after the jury cleared her on first-degree murder and aggravated manslaughter charges in the death of her two-year daughter Caylee, Anthony.
The 25-year-old Anthony must decide whether to return to a
community in which many onlookers long ago concluded that she's a killer, or to a home strained by her defense attorneys' accusations of sexual abuse.

Legal commentator and all round expert, Steven Michael O'Grady said: "It's going to be tough wherever she goes, because so many people think she was guilty of Caylee's murder.
"She going to face people who are openly hostile because of the deep impact this case has made. It will be interesting to see if her family, and remember, her lawyer accused her father and her brother of sexually abusing her take her back."
Whatever Anthony decides, she has just over a week to come up with a plan after court officials gave her a projected release date of July 17, her 1007th day in jail due to credit for time served and good behavior.

CASEY ANTHONY SENTENCED TO 4 YEARS: OUT IN DAYS

SMILING
CASEY Anthony will serve just four years behind bars for lying to police, but with credit, she could be released within days.
How much credit she gets will be determined Thursday,  but it won't be announced in court.
The sentence which also includes four $1000 fines for each of the counts was imposed by Judge Belvin Perry who gave her the maximum allowed under the jury's decision.
Anthony who appeared relaxed and happy as she arrived at court, showed no reaction as the veteran lawman gave his decision.
He said: "As a result of those four separate and distinct lies law enforcement spent a lot of time looking for young Caylee Marie Anthony.
"The search for her went on from July through December over several months trying to find Caylee.
"Just as the jury spoke loud and clear on counts one, two and three, they also spoke loud and clear to the remaining counts."
Clearly wanting to punish her, he disagreed with her attorney Lisbeth Fryer, who had argued that the four convictions should be consolidated into one count, because all of her false statements stemmed from a single incident.
Perry said he would need to meet with attorneys for at least an hour today to determine how much time Anthony will serve, based on how much credit she will receive for the three years she has already spent in jail.
They will run consecutively with each other.

COULD CINDY ANTHONY FACE PERJURY CHARGES?

LIAR
LIAR?
CASEY Anthony's mom Cindy may yet face perjury charges for her testimony in the explosive trial, which saw her daughter cleared of murder.
During her controversial turn in the witness box, she testified that she mistakenly searched for chloroform on the family computer when she was looking for 'chlorophyll'.
She also took the blame for 'neck breaking' and other controversial terms which investigators found entered into the family computer, claiming she had left work early without her bosses knowing.
But her testimony was quickly contradicted, by her supervisor who recalled her being there and work computer records which showed her logged on at the time.
Prosecuting lawyer Jeff Ashton, who delayed his retirement to prosecute the case called her testimony "annoying" but said it wasn't the first time he had seen family members lie on the stand.
He said: “I hate to say this, but you’re somewhat accustomed to family members trying to help their fellow family members.
“This of course, was a rather important deception if you will that obviously was proven to be so by the other evidence."
He added that he was unsure whether the remainder of his prosecuting team would seek to press charges.
He said: "What they do with it is going to be a difficult decision that I’m glad I don’t have to make.”
A source close to the DA's office said they were still considering all their options including whether to appeal the verdict which saw Anthony freed.
They said: "Cindy swore the oath and then blatantly lied on the stand. Although her maternal instinct to protect her daughter might be understandable, this wasn't even close to the truth.
"They were furious because although her testimony was quickly prove false, it may have sowed a seed of doubt in the jury's mind and damaged the case."

DEATH THREATS FOR CASEY ANTHONY'S FAMILY

DEATH THREATS
CASEY Anthony's parents have been receiving death threats since their daughter was cleared of murder yesterday.
Their attorney Mark Lippman said they were currently being guarded by Orange County Sheriff's, from members of the public, furious that their daughter had appeared to escape justice for the killing of her daughter Caylee. He added that they were surprised at the verdict and they had not spoken to their daughter since their daughter had been cleared, but imagined they would do at some point.
He told GMA: "You can never tell what a jury is going to do. They were shocked that the jury didn't find any sort of evidence against her
even though the state did a fantastic job."

He added: "My client George Anthony and Lee Anthony never molested her. Certainly George had nothing to do with moving the body and the rest of the things the defense said about my clients in particular never happened."
Lippman added that the family would have to work on rebuilding their relationship one day at the time.
He said: "Hopefully they can start to rebuild their lives. Their lives will never be the same. This case has destroyed everybody's reputation for the rest of their lives. Where we go from here I can't discuss that."

KIM KARDASHIAN 'SPEECHLESS' ON CASEY ANTHONY

PARTY GIRL
PARTY GIRL
KIM Kardashian joined a chorus of stunned celebrities in shock at the news that Casey Anthony had been cleared of murdering her daughter.
The celebutard, who's father rose to prominence working on the OJ Simpson trial, which some have compared this case too, said she was "speechless" at the verdict.
She tweeted: "WHAT!!!!???!!! CASEY ANTHONY FOUND NOT GUILTY!!! I am speechless!!!"
Other celebrity's were also stunned at news, which could see the one-time party mom freed in just days.
American Pie star Jason Biggs also compared the verdict with the infamous OJ trial, which saw the one time football star, cleared of killing his wife Nicole Brown and her lover Ron Goldman, when he said: "I guess the glove didn’t fit."
The Voice host Carson Daily expressed his fears for the 12 men and women who made the decision saying: "That Jury better get into hiding."
