Heather is really pushing it as her life continues to go down hill.

Heather Locklear the Melrose Place beauty was arrested for a hit-and-run at around 4 AM last Saturday near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, CA.
A "no parking" sign was knocked over and there were obvious signs of a car rising onto the curb and striking the sign.
