JORAN VAN DER SLOOT IS GOING TO BE A FATHER????

TRAGIC
BABY DADDY
DOUBLE murder suspect Joran van der Sloot is going to be daddy after getting his new girlfriend (yes we're wondering how too) pregnant behind bars, according to reports.
The prime suspect in the disappearance Alabama teen Natalee Holloway is currently in Peru's, Miguel Castro Jail awaiting trial for the murder and robbery of Stephany Flores in June 2010.
But that hasn't stopped the creepy Dutchman getting himself a new girl - who has not been identified - who has been visiting him in the Lima jail to do "chores" and bring him candy, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Then he uses the candy to run a 'lucrative' snack bar from his cell.It is believed that the girl worked at the casino which Stefany Flores was in the night van der Sloot allegedly murdered her by strangling and suffocating her.
He has admitted to the murder but has pleaded 'violent emotion' - which is typically used in Peru for crimes of passion.
Stephany Flores furious father, Ricardo has asked jail officials to investigate the conjugal visits.
After a recent court hearing he said he expected to see a 'miserable person' but instead was was shocked to see a 'fatso'.
A trial date has not been set.

JORAN VAN DER SLOOT'S LAWYER QUITS

FLORES
KILLER?
DOUBLE murder suspect Joran Van der Sloot's lawyer has given up on him and quit defending him against murder allegations in Peru - citing unspecified differences over strategy.
The prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, has now been abandoned by his legal adviser in his murder case in the killing of 21-year-old Stephany Flores.
The pretty Peruvian's body was seen entering in in his hotel room, but never left.
His lawyer, Maximo Altez, however withdrew from the case saying: "I can not defend this case in the way he wants me to."

He refused to elaborate on his client, who he had been defending on a pro bono basis, although he made it clear that money was not a factor in his decision to quit.
He added: "I thought this case would be a good opportunity to show the world that in Peru detainees are abused, and the Peruvian justice system is very informal."
It's thought a public defender will be applied to the case.
Police say Van der Sloot took Flores' money and bank cards from her wallet and fled to Chile, where he was arrested a few days later, although they have yet to file formal charges against him.
Once the discovery phase of the case ends, prosecutors will file charges and a trial date will be set.

VAN DER SLOOT "BROKE & DESPERATE" BEFORE KILLING

TRAGIC
PRIME SUSPECT
DOUBLE murder suspect Joran Van der Sloot was broke and desperate and staying in a hotel room that he couldn't pay for before he murdered Stephany Flores a new tape has revealed.
The prime suspect in the murder of American teen Natalee Holloway called pal Stan Pluijmen to beg for cash, telling him his own mother and brother had turned him down.
They thought he would gamble it away on cards, rather than pay the bill at Lima’s TAC hotel where he had been for five days playing in a poker tournament.
During the forty four minutes the two talked about business plans that apparently involved $25,000 van der Sloot got from the Holloway family in exchange for information about Natalee’s fate reports WITA.
It had been just days shy of five years since Natalee disappeared on a graduation trip to Aruba where she was last seen leaving an Oranjestad bar with van der Sloot.
Van der Sloot never came across with any information after taking the Holloway’s money, which is why he faces U.S. charges of wire fraud and extortion handed down by a grand jury in Birmingham, Ala.
At some point over the next two days Van der Sloot met Stephany Flores a 21-year-old Peruvian student who had just won almost 1800 euros at the casino.
Hotel security cameras show the two of them going into van der Sloot’s room but she never came out.
Van der Sloot claimed they argued after she saw Natalee-related material on his laptop and he killed her during an argument in the heat of the moment.
If prosecutors accept a plea bargain on manslaughter, van der Sloot could serve as little as three years.
His trial is expected within two months.

DUTCH CREEP: JORAN VAN DER SLOOT COULD GO HOME

KILLER?
HOLLOWAY
NATALEE Holloway's accused killer Joran Van Der Sloot could return to Holland, even if he is convicted for the murder of a 21-year-old Peruvian woman.
The Dutchman has been questioned twice in the death of the gorgeous high school student who was celebrating her graduation with a holiday on Aruba in 2005. But each time he was released.
Then, four years later the body of 21-year-old Stephany Flores was found in a hotel room registered to Van der Sloot in Lima, Peru. Cops say Van der Sloot admitted he attacked Flores after
she read an e-mail on his computer connecting him to the case of Holloway.
He took money and bank cards from her wallet and fled to Chile, where he was arrested a short time later.
If convicted he could return home to serve his sentence thanks to an extradition treaty signed this week between the Netherlands and Peru.
His lawyer Maximo Altez said: "Joran knows about the treaty. Whether he requests an extradition will depend on his sentence."
The treaty allows Dutch residents people who have been sentenced to prison by final and unappealable judgment in Peru to serve their sentence in the Netherlands, Holland's foreign ministry explained on its website.
Van der Sloot's trial date will likely be in the next few months, according to Altez.

Joran Van Der Sloot Prison Romance with Mystery Woman Dutchman’s gringa

It’s nice to have your squeeze come by twice a week in addition to getting three hots and a cot.

The National Enquirer reports that accused killer JORAN VAN DER SLOOT has begun a jailhouse romance with a mystery woman who’s been allowed to visit him in his cell, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.

The slim, 30-something blonde calls on Dutch-born Joran twice a week at the grim Miguel Castro Castro prison in Lima, Peru.

“She’s a white foreigner with short blonde hair who speaks English and Spanish fluently. Guards as well as prisoners refer to her as 'the Dutchman’s gringa,’” revealed a source close to the case.Joran has called the woman “my girlfriend” in conversations with Hugo Trujillo Ospina aka “The Clown,” the Colombian assassin who shares his cell block.

However, it is unlikely that Joran has been able to get very intimate with the woman inside the 2,300-inmate prison because he is never left unguarded. She began visiting van der Sloot, 23, on June 20 — 17 days after he was arrested for the brutal murder of Stephany Flores, the 21-year-old daughter of a wealthy businessman.

According to prison sources, the unlikely romance blossomed after van der Sloot’s mother began paying the woman $100 a month to take him food, money and clothing, and report on his condition.

Joran Van Der Sloot May Walk on Murder Rap Due to Technicality -Non Official Translator Used for Confession

The National Enquirer reports that Peruvian authorities tongue-tied over accused murderer JORAN van der SLOOT as he falls victim to language barrier.

According to Dutch newser De Telegraaf, Peruvian authorities' case against confessed murderer Joran van der Sloot has ground to a stunning halt.

Proceedings against the Dutch thug, despite a blood-thirty President, have been suspended indefinitely.

Authorities claim they can't find an interpreter to handle the complexities of Spanish-to-Dutch translation and vice versa.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously the Dutchman stands accused of murdering Stephany Flores, 21, the daughter of a prominent Peruvian politico and race car driver.

La Policia Nacional said van der Sloot had admitted killing her -- but now his legal team's claiming the confession was obtained "under duress" and therefore declared "invalid".

Peruvian President Alan Garcia Wants Joran Van Der Sloot Dead

The National Enquirer reports that the President of Peru wants to reintroduce the death penalty in his country - for one reason - to see self-confessed murderer JORAN VAN DER SLOOT die!

According to Radio Netherlands Worldwide, President Alan García of Peru has said he wants to bring back the death penalty in his South American country. If Garcia is successful, Joran van der Sloot could face execution for the murder of Stefani Flores, 21, in Lima.

Mr García told media "certain crimes must be paid for with the criminal's life".

The president argued that if Peru executed a hundred criminals a year, that would be proportionally the same as in China, "where 5,000 rapists, thieves and corrupt mayors were shot last year". "I would gladly decapitate 50 child rapists,"

García told the press.Van der Sloot, long a key suspect in the disappearance of American student Natalee Holloway, is incarcerated in Castro Castro, a tough maximum security prison while awaiting trial. One of Van der Sloot's fellow inmates, an American, William Trickett Smith, was recently extradited back to the US on charges that he is the notorious "suitcase murderer".

Smith is believed to have killed his Peruvian wife, dismembered her and stuffed her corpse in a suitcase. Smith's case nearly elicited as much Peruvian outrage as van der Sloot's. Joran's alleged victim was the daughter of a prominent Peruvian leader.
