DUMB DUSTIN & CINDERELLA CLEVER TORTURE SON

NOT CLEVER
CLEVER by name, but certainly not by nature, as these idiot parents tortured their five-year-old son by putting a clothespin on his genitals for dancing inappropriately, cops say.
Dustin Davis Clever, 30, and Cinderella Sunshine Clever, 31, were punishing the boy who had made an 'innapropriate gesture' while dancing with his sister.
For some reason they then thought it would be a good idea to punish him by putting a clothespin on his testicles for forcing him to sit in the corner.
Sheriff Ronnie May told WHNT that after this happened, the father walked in and learned of the situation, laughed, and then walked away.
He added other guests at the party witnessed the whole incident and one reported it.
One law enforcement source said: "We couldn't believe that they could be so stupid, especially given their names, which raised a few eyebrows down at the station.
"It's lucky the boy wasn't permanently injured."
The couple is in the Colbert County Jail on $15,000 bail each.

EVIL DUO TORTURED, BURNED AND GLUED BOY'S LIPS

DASTARDLY DUO
A EVIL pair held a 15-year-old boy at knifepoint, burned him and then glued his lips together, while filming their torture with an iPod.
Cops found the terrified youngster, naked and hiding under a bed in a Manchester, NH, housing project, shaking and “attempting to scream but his mouth wouldn't open.”
Later when cops were able to interview the youngster, who's name has not been released because he is a minor he told them that he knew one of his attackers, Ismael Bangs, 19, but not his pal Yvens Luclaise 25.
After 'hanging out' he says that Luclaise locked the door and started filming with his iPod.
Bangs then brought a butcher knife, cork screw, wrench and other items into the room, according to the police report.
Holding the butcher knife, Bangs allegedly ordered the teen to take off his clothes and lie down, before  allegedly burning a rubber glove over the teen, letting it drip onto him and scalding his abdomen.
According to the Union Leader: Police prosecutor Det. Steven Mangone told the judge: "In the one and a half years I've been doing this, this is the most disturbing set of facts I've seen."
Bangs and Luclaise were charged with kidnapping. Bangs was also charged with multiple counts of criminal threatening and assault. Luclaise was charged with criminal liability.

MANY KNEW CHRISTIAN CHOATE WAS BEING TORTURED

AN EXPLOSIVE report in an Indiana newspaper over the weekend reveals that more than 13 people knew that Christian Choate was being tortured, abused and held in a dog cage. The Times of Munster said none of the people said a word to cops. Just one went to the Indiana Department of Child Services.
The 13-year-old boy died in 2009 after enduring eyars of torture, abuse and cruelty at the hands of his father, Riley Choate and stepmother, Kimberly Kubina. The sad, short life and death of Christian went unreported until cops dug up his body in May
from a shallow grave at a Gary, Indiana trailer park. An autopsy revealed he died of blunt force trauma. The couple now face murder and other charges. They've pleaded not guilty. One neighbor told The Times she remembered a children's service employee coming by the Choate home.
Lori Wingard said: "She never even stepped foot in the house. Kim (Kubina) came out of the house and stood there at the sidewalk and talked to the lady, and I just remember thinking, 'Go inside.'"
Wingard sold the family the dog cage where Christian was kept and tormented.
She added: "There are so many people that are involved that could have helped that little boy and didn't. I tried, and nothing was done." Guess social services wasn't listening to anyone on this matter and a sad, little boy died because of it.
Others were threatened with death and torture if they revealed the horrors inflicted on Christian, the Times said.  MORE THAN 13 KNEW CHRISTIAN CHOATE WAS BEING ABUSED

DEATH SOUGHT FOR SEATH TYLER JACKSON'S KILLER

THE DEATH penalty is being sought for one of the group of thugs accused of luring Seath Tyler Jackson to an abandoned house and battering him to death.
Prosecutor's claim Michael Bargo masterminded the twisted plot, which saw the youngster's ex-girlfriend text message him, asking to meet at the scene.
Then, along with pals  Justin Soto, 20; Charlie Kay Ely, 18; Amber E. Wright, 15; Kyle Hooper, 16, Bargo beat him with an axe handle and shot him twice, in what must have been an excruciatingly painful death.
The vicious gang stuffed his body in a sleeping bag and burned it in a fire pit before dumping his remains in paint cans.
At the time of his April murder Marion County sheriff's detectives said the way the defendants carried out the crime was "unlike anything they had ever seen."
Friends said Jackson had recently had a run in with Bargo, 18, who was dating his ex-girlfriend and now prosecutor's will seek the death penalty if he is convicted because they believe he was the driving force behind the attack.
Chief Assistant State Attorney Ric Ridgway told the Ocala Star Banner: "The fact (the decision) took us this long means it is not something we just jump to.
"Every case is different, every defendant is different. Sometimes the mitigators and aggravators are obvious, other times they take a little longer to develop."
The newspaper reports that Hooper and Wright were indicted as adults while James Havens III, 37, has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.

PROSECUTOR TO JUDGE: WE WANT RILEY CHOATE'S DNA

EVIL?
TRAGIC
RILEY Choate's DNA is being sought by prosecutor's working on the horrific murder of his 13-year-old son. Christian Choate's battered body was found in a shallow grave near his home on the Gary, IN, trailer park where he was allegedly kept in a dog cage and horribly abused by his father and stepmother Kimberly Kubina.
The tragic 13-year-old wrote "I want to die" in a diary, within weeks of his tragic life being cut short.
Now, Deputy Prosecutor Michael Wood is asking Criminal Court Judge Diane Boswell's permission to collect genetic material with a cotton swab from the mouth of 39-year-old Riley, who is pleading not guilty to murder.
Choate's defense attorney Randy Godshalk said: "I presume they are trying to establish a DNA match between Riley and Christian Choate. It's kind of a standard request."
He told the NWI Times  said state law gives him little leeway to oppose the DNA evidence collection from his client.
Choate is set to appear in court for a variety of pretrial motions, including a request by the prosecution for his handwriting sample and a defense motion for a independent autopsy to investigate the medical cause of the victim's death.
The coroner's office states Christian died in early 2009 of blunt force trauma and a skull fracture.
Godshalk is asking the court to dismiss the case against his client on grounds the charges are too vague regarding the time and other details of the boy's death.
Kubina Choate also is pleading not guilty.

PROMISED KINKY SEX, THEN TORTURED LOVE CHEAT BEAU

HELL HATH NO FURY
SHE PROMISED him kinky sex and handcuffed him to bed, but then when Sabrina Renee Robinson had him where she wanted him she turned violent and took heavy revenge for him cheating on her.
Smashing him in the face with the butt of a shotgun, she repeatedly threatened to kill him, and promised to "gut him like a deer."
Needless to say, her 41-year-old fella, who later admitted his infidelity to cops, might think twice before he cheats again.
Madera County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Erica Stuart told
the LA Times it was; “a case of a woman scorned. Hell hath no fury.”
Initially, Stuart said, Robinson told her boyfriend she wanted to engage in “something kinky.”
But after placing handcuffs on the victim, Robinson allegedly turned violent, burning him with candle wax and punching him the head and body.
Pulling out a knife she told him “this is the same type of knife I skin deer with."
Then she called up her love rival on the phone and cops said that the other woman, could hear the man screaming in the background.
The victim managed to escape after being left alone and was found cowering naked in nearby bushes.
Officers seized handcuffs, leg restraints, ammunition, a shotgun and a knife from her home and booked her on suspicion of making terrorist threats, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and corporal injury.

HOW RILEY CHOATE WAS NABBED IN SON'S MURDER

IT IS AN OFT-REPEATED cliché that time is of the essence but never was it more apt than in this cold case in Indiana. Lake County Sheriff's Department (LCSD) Deputy Commander of the Detective Bureau Matt Eaton’s interest was tweaked one night when he overheard a call from police dispatch to a patrol officer while on his way home from the gym, according to The Gary Post-Tribune.
The call came from the home of Gary, Indiana resident Aimee Estrada. Estrada, biological
mother of 13-year-old Christian Choate, who had disappeared two years earlier told cops that she’d just found out that her son was, in fact dead, and that his body was buried somewhere in Colfax mobile home park.
One detective said: "It’s unbelievable that this actually happened to a child who looked like that. This kid lived a life of hell."
Before Eaton returned home there were more calls – this time from Christian County in Kentucky. Christina Choate, Christian’s older sister also called police with information. It was a clear break in a case gone hopelessly stale; the calls were genuine and Eaton immediately sprang into action.
He insisted on radio silence, telling dispatchers to ‘hold your traffic’ while he went about building a plan. Eaton, a veteran of the LCSD, knew that it was vital to halt radio communications in case word got out about the burial site.
Eaton put together an experienced team of a dozen officers to search the area and brought in veteran detectives Jeff Minchuk and Michelle Weaver to work the case. However, it wasn’t going to be easy.
It was a pitch black night and the area in question was a massive ten acres in size. Cops worked hard, trying to uncover as much as possible – but with no success.
In the meantime, cops arrested Christian’s stepmother, Kimberly Leona Kubina on foot of an outstanding arrest warrant. Kubina was brought in for questioning and it didn’t take long before she lawyered up.
Riley Lowell Choate, Christian’s father –also had outstanding warrants and was brought in for questioning the next day. That questioning lead to what cops called “real solid information” and a search warrant was issued for an area close to the alleged burial site.
On Wednesday, May 4th, Christian Choate’s body was discovered in a shallow grave close to where the Choate family once lived, almost two years after he went missing. It didn’t take long before details surfaced about sickening cruelty that Christian allegedly endured at the hands of Riley Choate and Kubina. According to cops Christian was treated worse than a dog – he was forced to sleep naked in a cage, was handcuffed to a bedpost and was beaten mercilessly.
The beatings were so severe that he suffered a fractured skull and massive internal bleeding. The trials of Choate and Kubina are still in the preliminary states and have been plagued by delays.
The next scheduled court date is July 05th, 2011.

EVIL BOY, 12, CHARGED WITH TORTURING KITTEN

ALIVE
AN evil 12-year-old boy who threw this kitten against a wall, hit it with a stick and pulled out a knife and threatened to cut it has been charged with animal cruelty.
Thankfully the seven-week-old animal survived his onslaught and another child smacked the knife out of his hand before he could complete his horrific attack.
Thinking it was dead they picked it up and put it in a box, but when the unresponsive cat was picked up by an animal control officer it opened its eyes and meowed.
The kitten was taken to the vet and was treated for a broken leg
and bruises to the lungs and abdomen, but it is expected to recover from it's injuries and they are hoping to adopt it.
A source at the vet who treated it said: "This was not roughhousing, this was vicious cruelty. I hope they get the child help, because anyone who attack a defenseless creature like this needs it.
"We're just glad he didn't cut it."
The 12-year-old from Norfolk, VA was charged with one count of misdemeanor cruelty.

RILEY CHOATE'S LAWYER SEEKS CHILD CUSTODY FILES

RILEY CHOATE'S mouthpiece is making moves to help the horrific hillbilly wiggle out of murder charges. Riley who? He's the 39-year-old Hammond, Indiana man, who along with his gal pal, Kimberly Kubina, 45, beat and tortured his son Christian Choate, 13, until he died. Let him live in a dog cage. Starved him. Beat him. Then they buried him like a dead animal under a concrete slab. Both have been charged with murder and a litany of other crimes. They have pleaded not guilty.
Now, his lawyer is seeking records relating to child
custody issues with the boy's biological mother, Amy Estrada, no prize herself. Prosecutors have hinted that more people could be charged.

Witnesses have told detectives that Choate, Kubina and at least one other person repeatedly abused the boy, who was confined in a locked dog cage for more than one year prior to his death on April 5, 2009, court records state.
Riley Choate had custody of Christian and his sister Christina, who is said to be "safe, sound and doing well" considering "she was in danger a good part of her life."

RILEY CHOATE, WIFE PLEAD NOT GUILTY IN TORTURE SLAY

NOT GUILTY? Well, after we stopped laughing that Riley Choate and wife Kimberly were serious when they entered pleas of not guilty in the vicious torture murder of their son Christian Choate, 13, we had to step back and shake our head at the system. But we digress... the couple had made separate court appearances last week and pleaded not guilty in the preliminaries.
Now, Kimberly Choate, 45, has been appointed appointed with a public defender, Linda Kollintzas while Riley Choate, 39, appeared with his private attorney, Randy Godshalk. But there is a ways to go before they can been convicted and the keys tossed away.
Positive identification of Christian's battered body remains pending. The boy was buried in a shallow grave in a mobile home park in Gary, Indiana for two years before authorities were alerted. Lake Criminal Court Judge Diane Boswell ordered the body be held by the Lake County coroner's office pending a hearing June 14.
The couple is next expected in court May 24 for a hearing on a state's request for handwriting samples.
The gruesome twosome have been hit with a total of 13 charges, including: murder, battery, four counts neglect of a dependent, criminal confinement, three counts obstruction of justice, and altering the scene of a death, and failure to report a dead body.

ANGELA MARINUCCI ON TRIAL IN PA. TORTURE MURDER

DEBATING TEAM
A JEALOUS TEEN and her boyfriend confessed to a friend they committed the grisly torture slaying of a disabled woman. Insecure Angela Marinucci, 18, (pictured bottom right) and Ricky 'I'm no Prize' Smyrnes (pictured top right) met Laurie Piper at a suburban Pittsburgh bus station on February 11, 2010--the same day Jennifer Daugherty's lifeless corpse was discovered. The gruesome twosome told Piper that Marinucci: "wanted to kill Jennifer because she did not want to share Ricky." Daugherty, 30, was found bound and stabbed in the throat and chest in a parking lot. Her body had been dumped trash bin.  Piper told court--Marinucci is on trial for first-degree murder in the sickening slaying--that the accused was the ringleader and she
viewed the dead woman as competition in the love department.
DA John Peck told court in his opening statement that Marinucci had convinced her roommates to attack Daughtery. They had all been friends of the dead woman. The other suspects will be tried separately.
