It's over. I broke up with him," Bristol Palin said after a failed second engagement to baby dada Levi, the father of their 19-month-old son Tripp.

As the ENQUIRER previously reported in a blockbuster world exclusive Palin, 19, confirmed to media that she flipped out after Levi confessed he may have fathered a child with another woman.

During their first split, Levi reunited with an old girlfriend and now she's pregnant.While Bristol did not name the woman, one of Levi's ex-gal pals, has denied he's the father.

Although Levi has been linked to several women, sources told The ENQUIRER exclusively that he could be the father.

Mel Gibson’s ex’wife Robyn Moore Comes to his Rescue Wins Big In Court

So who’s the one to save Mel Gibson’s ass in his hotly contested custody battle with ex’ girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva over their daughter, Lucia?

His ex’ wife, Robyn Moore, that’s who!

Now, I don’t what happened in Mel Gibson’s marriage. Even the best of marriages have their very serious low points. But, I would offer this pure speculation.

If Mel Gibson’s ex wife was willing to testify on his behalf in open court in a custody battle of a child he had with another woman, THAT IS LOVE! She could have stayed at him in her own hurt feelings and let Mel sink all by himself.

Who would blame her?

But, she didn’t do that!

She took a marriage vow 28 years ago, “better or worse”, right? Well this is her “worse time” moment and she stepped up and did what she said she would do.

And I’m sure plenty of women out there think she’s a fool.

No way!

The two fools are Mel and Oksana and Mel is the bigger one for leaving his wife in the first place.

Take note fellas.

The judge in the Oksana Grigorieva/Mel Gibson custody war does not believe that Mel poses any danger to his daughter ... sources tell TMZ.

Sources connected with the case say Robyn Gibson's declaration was "powerful evidence" in yesterday's hearing. TMZ broke the story ... Robyn swore under oath Mel never physically abused her or their kids in the 28 years she was married to him ... and we're told it had an impact on Judge Scott Gordon.

Before becoming a judge, Gordon was a prosecutor in the L.A. County D.A.'s Office, specializing in domestic violence. The D.V. Unit has a mantra ... a man who commits domestic violence against one woman does it to everyone he's involved with.

We're told Robyn's declaration resonated in the courtroom.

Sources say in the end, Judge Gordon felt Mel posed no danger to his daughter and allowed the status quo to stand. So Gibson continues to have visitation rights with baby Lucia as well as one overnight a week.There is a report out that Judge Gordon issued an order yesterday, requiring Gibson to surrender all firearms. That is not true.

Last month, when the court issued a restraining order against Mel to stay away from Oksana, the judge followed standard procedure -- ordering the surrender of firearms. That automatically happens when the court issues a temporary domestic violence restraining order. We're told Gibson's firearms were turned over immediately.
