Hate Crimes Equals Thought Persecution: A Review

Lets review.

When was the last time a White person was a victim of a hate Crime?

I thought in America we’re all supposed to have equal justice under the law? But, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

Only certain groups of people are set aside as potential Hate Crime victims: Blacks, Gays, Latinos and the latest inclusion Liberals are all too eager to highlight-Muslims, the chic religion of The Left.

But, I still can’t figure why we needed hate crime laws in the first place when there are other laws on the books to cover every incident associated with the hate crime.

Here in New York City, some poor cabbie got stabbed by a perpetrator for allegedly being a Muslim.

But, why isn’t attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon sufficient to cover the incident? Who really cares what the alleged assailant had on his mind at the time of the crime?

Liberal Progressives are the ones who care about hate crimes because they are the inventors of it. Each violation makes a political statement and an assertion that certain victims of crimes deserve special consideration. It’s a case of affirmative action for the penal code. If you commit a crime against these people, then you must be automatically assumed without proof before a court of law that you must be a bigot, a homophobe or ijn the case of the cabbie--an Islamophobe.

Shouldn’t Daisy Kahn also be prosecuted for accusing opponents of the GZ Mosque of being Islamophobes? I think that kind of rhetoric could have contributed to pushing this nut case who stabbed the cabbie over the edge.

Will the D.A. file charges for that?

Or is it a case of selective justice and inequality under the law?

As a lifetime New Yorker, believe me when I tell you that nothing happens in New York State without Sheldon Silver’s blessing!

Contrary to what outsiders in the world may think, the most powerful man in New York politics, hands down, is an Orthodox Jew from the tough streets of the Lower East Side.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg painfully learned this lesson a few years ago when he fought tooth and nail to build a football stadium for the New York Jets on the Westside of Manhattan.

Bloomberg tried every maneuver he could think of and mounted the biggest public relations campaign this city has ever seen.

And it was all for nothing because Silver gave the stadium his thumbs down and squashed Bloomberg like a cockroach.

Silver has served in the state assembly for over 30 years. He’s been Assembly Speaker since 1994 and he knows where all the bodies are buried in New York.

So although this controversy may go on for quite a while longer, it’s all over but the shouting.

The New York Post reports that a powerful state politician joined with Gov. David Paterson on Tuesday in suggesting that Islamic leaders should move a proposed Islamic center and mosque farther from ground zero, saying the organizers should be more sensitive to opponents.

The Cordoba Initiative has the right to build the center at a building two blocks from Ground Zero but should be open to compromise, said New York Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, who represents the lower Manhattan district.

“In the spirit of living with others, they should be cognizant of the feelings of others and try to find a location that doesn’t engender the deep feelings the currently exist about this site,” Silver said.

Critics say the building is too close to where Islamic extremists destroyed the World Trade Center on 2001 and killed nearly 2,800 people. Supporters say religious freedom should be protected.

“I think the sponsors should take into very serious consideration the kind of turmoil that’s been created and look to compromise,” Silver said.

Paterson, who has expressed dismay over the heated arguments on the issue, was meeting Tuesday with New York Roman Catholic Archbishop Timothy Dolan to try to suggest an alternative.

Meanwhile, the developer was expected to attend an annual dinner Tuesday night hosted by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who has spoken in support of the project.

Cowardly Spanish Govt Pays al-Qaeda Terrorists £5.6 million to Free 2 Spanish Aid Workers

Over 600 years ago Spain ruled half the world and it was the supreme military power of the time.

It’s the land where my forefathers came from and I have always been proud of that. However, the majesty and character of those heady days are long gone and Spain today is less than a shell of its former self.

I’m ashamed to share Spanish blood because its governmental leaders have become a bunch of quivering cowards.

Spain has dishonored themselves and their once proud history by paying off al Qaeda terrorists.

The UK Telegraph reports that Albert Vilalta, 35 and Roque Pascual, 50 were reunited with their families in Barcelona, early on Tuesday after being freed from the desert camp in Mali, where they had been held captive for 268 days.

The Spanish government has declined to comment on reports that they paid out nearly seven million euros to secure the release of three workers who were seized last November when traveling across Mauritania in a convoy, distributing aid for the NGO Barcelona Solidarity Action.

One of the hostages, Alicia Gamez, 39, was freed in March following an initial payment of 3.8 million euros (£3.1 million), of which more than half was siphoned off by intermediaries.

A report in El Mundo, the Spanish daily newspaper, said further payments totaling three million euros (2.5m POUNDS) were paid in April and May.

But it was not until the release of a Mali national jailed in Mauritania for masterminding the kidnap that the remaining two hostages were freed. The al-Qa’eda affiliate had demanded his return as a condition for the release of the remaining two aid workers.

A statement by al-Qa’eda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQMI) said the hostages “were set free in return for responding to some of our demands”.

The statement, sent in an audio clip to Spanish media, said it should be a lesson to France, which mounted a failed military attempt last month to free a French hostage held by the same group.

That raid, mounted with Mauritanian forces, left six militants dead. In retaliation, AQMI later executed the hostage, ailing 78-year-old aid worker Michel Germaneau.

“This is a lesson the French politicians should comprehend very well in the future,” the statement said. “It was possible to deal rationally with the Mujahedeen. It was possible to avoid the aggravation, irritation and anger that led to the killing of their national.”
Spain has become an ATM machine for terrorists who will snatch Spanish nationals knowing all along that Spain will prefers disgrace to danger.

The UK Telegraph reports a legless B-boy has amazed onlookers with his swiftness and acrobatic dancing skills and become the star of a poor neighbourhood of East Delhi.

Twenty-one-year-old Vinod Thakur shot to fame after performing on reality show India's Got Talent - an Indian franchise of the British show.
The judges on the reality show were reportedly impressed by the the hip-hop moves he managed to bring alive using his hands.

Vinod is now practicing and training hard for the second round of the show, to be held in Mumbai later this week.

Joran Van Der Sloot May Walk on Murder Rap Due to Technicality -Non Official Translator Used for Confession

The National Enquirer reports that Peruvian authorities tongue-tied over accused murderer JORAN van der SLOOT as he falls victim to language barrier.

According to Dutch newser De Telegraaf, Peruvian authorities' case against confessed murderer Joran van der Sloot has ground to a stunning halt.

Proceedings against the Dutch thug, despite a blood-thirty President, have been suspended indefinitely.

Authorities claim they can't find an interpreter to handle the complexities of Spanish-to-Dutch translation and vice versa.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously the Dutchman stands accused of murdering Stephany Flores, 21, the daughter of a prominent Peruvian politico and race car driver.

La Policia Nacional said van der Sloot had admitted killing her -- but now his legal team's claiming the confession was obtained "under duress" and therefore declared "invalid".

Pam Geller of Atlas Shrugs Bombshell Audio Exposing GZ Mosque Imam Extremism

I love and admire Pam Geller because she’s New York through and through. A tough lady with guts who looks damn good in a bikini and oh how Lib gals are so envious.

Geller has been on the front lines warning America about Islamization of the country for over 6 years when nobody was paying attention to the danger.

As you may have noticed, I have been going hot and heavy on the topic myself only because Pam Geller is showing me the way.

According to Geller the media frenzy to destroy good, decent Americans who oppose a 15-story mega-mosque on Ground Zero is rabid. Even for them.

Despite red flags everywhere and the nationwide grief caused by this grotesque act of Islamic supremacism, why isn't the media doing its job, investigative journalism?

Instead, the morally ill media is in full-on operational smear machine mode in the raging war of ideas, the information battle space, the objective of which is to erect the Ground Zero mega mosque.

Tolerance is a crime when applied to evil (Thomas Mann). Whilst the NY Times front page spins interfaith yarns into PR gold faster than Rumpelstiltskin and accords godlike status to Imam Feisal Rauf, new audio surfaces.
