Texas Middle School Students Suspended for Selling Jello Shots

I give these kids credit for showing entrepreneurial spirit. We need more children like this instead of those that want to live off the public dime.

From The New York Post:

Several students were suspended from a La Porte, Tex., middle school following accusations that they tried to sell gelatin shots that may have contained alcohol, myFOXhouston.com reported late Wednesday.

Terri Cook, public information officer for La Porte Independent School District, said seven students were suspended after one of them brought the shots to Lomax Junior High School, east of Houston, to sell to other students.

The shots will be tested in a laboratory for alcohol content.

The students will remain under suspension until the investigation is completed.
