THE LEVY has finally broken for a duo of racist New Orleans cops. The two officers were charged with murdering a man in the wake the catastrophic Hurricane Katrina. Officers David Warren, left in photo, and Greg McRae were slammed with sentences of 25 and 17 years respectively for their horrific abuse of power.
The cops fired at Henry Glover, 31, when they saw him heading towards their police station with an unidentified object in his hand.
Witnesses took Glover under their wing and drove him to a local school in search of help. Unfortunately, what they found was more police
brutality. Cops at the school pummeled the innocent do-gooders, ditching the school with Glover’s body in tow. McRae later drove the car with Glover’s corpse back to the police station and torched it to conceal evidence.
A federal probe showed that the New Orleans Police Department was a sexist and racist operation. The feds found that these cops were arresting, abusing, and in this case, murdering people based on race and sexual orientation. And they wonder why citizens don’t trust cops in the Big Easy.
