TROUBLED Amber Portwood, her orangeness, is back in the news after cops in Indiana say the star of MTV's Teen Mom tried to hang herself. Her on again, off again romeo Gary Shirley, became worried and called the cops.

HELPFUL hint of the day: don't get pregnant when you're a teenager with piss all education, brains or life experience. What will happen, you ask? Just ask the star of MTV hit Teen Mom, Amber Portwood. The father of her baby, the corpulent yet clever Gary Shirley was arrested Tuesday for driving with a suspended licence. Cops in Indiana say they approached Big Dumb Gary's car because he and the enchanting Amber were screaming at each other inside the car--parked in front of the cop shop. Already Amber is facing domestic battery charges
after she was captured on camera beating on Gary's thick skull. But Gary, offered something of a mea culpa on Twitter: "It's a big mistake. Please learn don't break the law. I'm not proud, I do have a daughter to worry about."Cheers Gary!

'NO MOTIVE' IN MTV PRODUCER BEN-MEIR'S MURDER

"SHOCKED"

BAFFLED cops have no motive and no suspect in the shooting death of an MTV producer who's body was found on a sidewalk near his apartment on Sunday morning.  Gabe Ben-Meir, who worked as music coordinator and production coordinator on several shows for the music channel, including "Punk'd" and "Nitro Circus," apparently had "no enemies" and cops can't say whether it was a robbery.
Los Angeles Police Detective Paul Funicello told CNN they are considering "any and all of possibilities," in the death.

Investigators expect the autopsy, which has not been completed, will
tell them what type of gun was used to shoot Ben-Meir in the head, he said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene after a neighbor who was walking his dog found him on the sidewalk.

The popular producer's friend's family and colleagues were all shocked by his death and staff at MTV were quick to pay tribute to him. 

MTV Senior Vice President Nathaniel Brown said: "We are shocked and saddened by the tragic death of Gabe Ben-Meir, who was a valued member of the MTV family and a beloved and dedicated colleague and friend. Our hearts go out to his family."
