Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 was arrested and charged with probation violation in North Carolina Monday. TMZ reports that the face of the new America tested positive for marijuana and opiates. She's back in the slammer on $10,000 bond. Crime Scene USA is taking wagers on how long it will take this girl to get into porn.

MTV TEEN MOM AMBER PORTWOOD TAKES A GUILTY PLEA

WELL, it's back to beating up dopey feckless boyfriends and generally being a role model to knocked up American teens for Amber Portwood. The "star" of MTV reality trash-a-ramma Teen Mom received probation after copping to two domestic assault charges against big dumb Gary Shirley, her on again off again fiancee (who got her knocked up.) Portwood was charged an episode of the show showed her slapping, choking and kicking Gary while their child was present.
Madison Superior Court Judge David Happe tells The Herald Bulletin: that as part of the plea deal he approved Thursday prosecutors dropped a felony child neglect charge against Portwood.

Happe also ordered Portwood to undergo 30 days of inpatient therapy, obtain her high school diploma and put $10,000 in a college fund for her 2-year-old daughter.

IF it's not one, it's another. Hot on the heels of the news we brought you yesterday about big, dumb Gary Shirley of "Teen Mom" fame being busted for DUI, today it's  Jenelle Evans from "Teen Mom 2" who's going to court - again.
This time it's for her involvement in a brawl that was caught on videotape.
As her friends cheered her on, she was seen scrapping it out with her one time friend Brittany Truett, after another Brittany, this time Maggard shoved her into her pal. A full on fight broke and ended with the two girls rolling around on the ground, grabbing each other's hair near her home in Oak Island, NC.
All three were arrested and charged with misdemeanor affray and disorderly conduct for fighting in a public place. She will now face trial on July 22 reports E! Online.

Evans, 19, is no stranger to trouble has already been charged with drug possession, and on March 7 she was in court to answer to charges of breaking and entering, injury to real and personal property, second degree trespass and harassment.

Her lawyer Dustin Sullivan reportedly told the court his client's was in rehab adding that she is doing "very well" and had entered rehab to "address some issues that were not ordered by the court."
He did not say where her son Jace was.

"TEEN MOM" headcase Amber Portwood is shooting down an offer from the DA that would have kept her out of jail on a slew of charges. The 20-year-old Anderson, Indiana knucklehead was investigated on child neglect and felony domestic battery after a September episode of the moronic MTV reality program showed her slapping, choking and kicking the father of her baby, Gary Shirle, 24..
Portwood, dressed to the nines, attended a Madison County court
hearing last week. She told The Herald Bulletin she wouldn't be able to do her job as a mother if she took the plea deal of 90 days on house arrest and two years of probation.
The judge gave Portwood and her attorney 60 days to work out a new plea deal or go to trial.
Officials say dozens of viewers called the state's child abuse hotline to report Portwood's outbursts.
Amber--destined for a future in porn--sniffed at the offer: "Are you kidding me?"
