Well, the San Diego-born 14-year-old admitted torturing and beheading at least four victims of of a sinister Mexican dope cartel. Yesterday, he was sentenced to 3 YEARS! That's the max under Mex youth law. He was also fined $390,000. The cold-blooded killer was nabbed with his sister, 19, last December trying to flee Mexico. Big sister helped him dump the bodies.
 On a video shown in court, an interrogator asks: "How many have you killed?" The tiny teen terror calmly responds: "Four. I slit their throats."
Nicknamed "El Ponchis" - he is considered one of the most jarring symbols in the bloody Mexican drug
war - had become near-legend in the country after a YouTube video circulated reportedly showing the teen beating a man with a two-by-four while the man was hanging from the ceiling. He told cops he had worked for the cartel since he was 11, after they kidnapped him.

He told reporters at the time he was busted: "I participated in four executions, but I did it drugged and under threat that if I didn't, they would kill me." The Mexican drug war has claimed a staggering 41,000 lives since 2008 leaving a country soaked in blood from Chiapas to Chihuahua

HUMBERTO Leal Garcia Jr. apologized for his crimes, shouted "Viva Mexico" and then was blasted into eternity with a deadly cocktail that came courtesy of Texas. The Mexican national had been convicted of raping then strangling and bludgeoning to death Adria Sauceda, a 16-year-old San Antonio girl in 1994.
He was executed Thursday night in Huntsville, Texas. His case came to the attention of President Obama because he was allegedly not allowed to contact the Mexican consulate. The Supreme Court denied a stay of execution.
Garcia's last meal was fried chicken, pico de gallo, tacos, two colas and a bowl of fried okra.Before being dispatched, he said: "I am sorry for everything I have done. I have hurt a lot of people. Let this be final and be done. I take the full blame for this."

Leal then shouted "Viva Mexico," followed by "I'm ready warden, let's get the show on the road."

According to country's The Attorney General's Office he "had plastic surgery in an effort to evade justice, to change his identity from a man to a woman." And along with his new look, the 33-year-old, who has been charged with defrauding a government health agency on a sound system contract, had brand new documents to go with his brand new look.
Mexico City law allows people to legally change gender identity, and Vera Morales does not face any false ID charges.
Officials could not say whether the man had surgery to alter his gender or simply to alter his appearance.
