MEET David Davis, winner of
Crime Scene USA's second winner of Mugshot of the Month.

Before you ask, David Davis wasn't going for something a bit off the wall or little quirky.
Instead he had to make a quick getaway from his haircut he was getting after slashing a man with a pair of scissors.
Needless to say, he didn't get very far and cops quickly caught up with him, before he had time to straighten out his locks, using a dog.
The 21-year-old was then arraigned on an assault charge and held on a $5000 bond.
Authorities say the victim approached Davis during his haircut Tuesday in what he called "an aggressive manner." Davis told investigators he picked up the scissors in self-defense.
The 21-year-old victim was taken to Stamford Hospital to receive treatment for the back wound.

MUGSHOT OF THE MONTH
OK, WE admit it. We find rural drug busts irresistible, particularly when they are accompanied by mug shots. It was a dope bust in Grainger County, Tennessee. We don't really know anything about it and couldn't be bothered to look but the mugshots are great.
