SOME people just shouldn't have children, especially not this Dallas woman who forced her six-year-old daughter to repeatedly record her having group sex.
The names of the woman and her daughter are being withheld because Crime Scene USA doesn't usually identify victims of sexual crimes and naming the mom might lead to the daughter's name coming out. 
But what this mom did beggars belief.
According to the Dallas Morning News court documents state that after the girl "detailed filming and taking photographs” of her mother engaged in sexual acts with men, the mom admitted her crime. 
She “explained that there were three separate incidents involving six men” that her daughter recorded, adding that “it was her idea to have [her daughter] make the recordings with a cellphone video recorder."
Needless to say, Child Protective Services placed the child in foster care and is conducting its own investigation.
The girl is physically OK, CPS spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said, adding that this was at least the second time the agency has had contact with the mother.
She was also investigated around the time her daughter was born because of concerns that the woman may have been using drug.
Neither the mother nor the baby tested positive for any drugs and that case was closed in 2004.
The woman has now been charged with indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

N.M JUDGE ALBERT MURDOCH TAPED RAPING HOOKER

A PERVERT judge forced himself on a prostitute he'd booked, so she set up a video camera and caught him raping her again, cops say.
New Mexico District Judge Albert "Pat" Murdoch, known for his straight talking style, allegedly booked the hooker from a prostitution website about eight times, paying her $200 each time.
But after he forced himself on her, performing oral sex on her at least two times, she recorded him on a hidden camera.
According to KOAT when she hinted about the possibility of someone making allegations against him, the judge allegedly told her he would use the police and his connections to take care of the situation.

Police Deputy Chief Paul Feist said cops had paid $400 for the video, allegedly showing Murdoch with the prostitute.

He said: "Anytime, anybody, it doesn't matter whether it's a prostitute or if it was anybody whatsoever. If somebody says something is unwanted at that moment, that behavior and those actions need to stop.
"This was an ongoing investigation over a not very long period of time when information came to our attention and it is a continuing investigation now. We are still trying to determine if there were other people involved or other locations."
Murdoch is out on bond. His first court appearance is Thursday.
According to KRQE, Murdoch has presided over several controversial cases, and earlier this year sentenced a former Albuquerque police officer to probation after the officer, who was on duty at the time, was convicted of raping a suspect.

PERVERT PEDIATRICIAN MADE 'HOW TO' MOLEST BOOK

A PERVERT pediatrician accused of videotaping himself while he sexually abused young female patients made a "how-to-book" on molestation called "Sex" cops say. Dr Rakesh Punn allegedly drugged his victims, some of whom were as young as 11, and blindfolded them during the assaults. 
Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice has said most of Punn's patients were Indian and that as a physician he held a revered position in that community, where parents would trust him to examine their children in private. She added that after making them strip, he blindfolded them and placed them on the examining table, often giving them a sedative to knock them out. He would then videotape or photograph his sexual contact with them. In many instances, Punn would give the girls a sedative to render them
unconscious.
At other times, Punn allegedly placed a small digital camera among items on his desk and then recorded victims exposing their breasts.
Any pictures and video were then stored with the writings for his "book" which allegedly included his writings, plus passages from the ancient Indian sex manual, the Kama Sutra. 
He is also charged with making some of the girls sign a "contract" saying they were 18 years old and willing to perform numerous sexual acts. 
The 53-year-old  has pleaded not guilty Friday to a 60-count indictment charging him with sexual abuse, assault, promoting a sexual performance by a child and unlawful surveillance.
Punn also is charged with running a prescription scam for obtaining chloral hydrate, a controlled substance that Nassau County Assistant District Attorney Jane Zwirn-Turkin described as a "date-rape" drug.
County Court Judge William O'Brien agreed with prosecutor's assertions that he may be a flight risk, setting a $10 million bond or $5 million cash bail.

PEDO SUSPECT MARC GILBERT ALLOWED CHILD PORN

A TWISTED child rape suspect is being allowed to watch his filthy pedophile porn in prison as he awaits his trial.
Marc Gilbert, 50, who is accused of sexually assaulting young boys and videotaping the abuse, but because he is acting as his own attorney, he has unlimited access to the tapes.
Witnesses told cops that he would give the boys alcohol and spank their bare buttocks and in several cases, prosecutor's believe that he engaged the teens in masturbation, oral and anal sex.
Investigators seized from Gilbert's possession more than 100 DVDs, some of which he appeared in, containing 28 hours of pornographic footage Komo News reports.

Now he can watch his twisted acts over and over again because of the strange legal loophole and the jail says it has no choice but to allow Gilbert to review the footage times over with no limits.
Restricting his access would risk a mistrial.
Pierce County Sheriff Paul Pastor told the station:  "Make no mistake — I don't like it. But it is not my choice whether to do it or not to do it. There's no question that I don't like it. There's no question that this makes me grind my teeth.
"We don't like it. We don't want to do it, but we have to follow the law. The fix here is to change the law."
