SOME people just shouldn't have children, especially not this Dallas woman who forced her six-year-old daughter to repeatedly record her having group sex.
The names of the woman and her daughter are being withheld because Crime Scene USA doesn't usually identify victims of sexual crimes and naming the mom might lead to the daughter's name coming out. 
But what this mom did beggars belief.
According to the Dallas Morning News court documents state that after the girl "detailed filming and taking photographs” of her mother engaged in sexual acts with men, the mom admitted her crime. 
She “explained that there were three separate incidents involving six men” that her daughter recorded, adding that “it was her idea to have [her daughter] make the recordings with a cellphone video recorder."
Needless to say, Child Protective Services placed the child in foster care and is conducting its own investigation.
The girl is physically OK, CPS spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said, adding that this was at least the second time the agency has had contact with the mother.
She was also investigated around the time her daughter was born because of concerns that the woman may have been using drug.
Neither the mother nor the baby tested positive for any drugs and that case was closed in 2004.
The woman has now been charged with indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

MISSING MOM AMBER ELKINS' BODY ID'D

THE SEARCH for missing mom Amber Elkins reached a tragic conclusion yesterday, when forensics teams identified her body yesterday.
The 20-year-old vanished on July 24 and cops have charged her boyfriend James David “JD” Clarke, with her murder after a huge amount of blood was found on her abandoned green pickup truck.
According to investigators, he did not help them find the body, of the woman he'd been dating for just over a month.
Instead members of the Texas Equusearch Church her corpse which had been dumped in a wooded area near her home in Humble.
 On Monday, the medical examiner positively identified the body as Amber Chantel Elkins and ruled the cause of death to be homicide.

According to Harris County District Clerk records, Clarke did not request an attorney at his first court appearance Monday, and no attorney is listed.
He is being held on a $250,000 bond and his arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 12 The Courier reports.
Elkins’ family meanwhile, has set up a memorial fund, according to a family friend, for donations for services, while any additional funds will be put in a trust fund for Elkins’ 9-month-old daughter Ava.

BLOOD FOUND IN JACQUE SUE WALLER DISAPPEARANCE

THE SHOCKING disappearance of Missouri mom Jacque Sue Waller has taken another sinister turn. Her dad Stan Rawson confirmed to the Southeast Missourian that blood has been found in the house where her estranged husband, Clay Waller, lived.
Rawson said: "I've seen it. But that's all I'm going to confirm. There's a ton of evidence. ... Just suffice to say
there is blood evidence. I saw the evidence bags." He wouldn't elaborate further because he said he did not want to do anything to jeopardize the investigation.
Jacque Sue Waller, 39, vanished June 1 under suspicious circumstances. She was last seen at her estranged husband's residence in Jackson, Missouri. Her SUV was later found abandoned with a flat tire but sources say that it was likely staged. Her estranged husband has been called a person of interest. Clay Waller's lawyer, Scott Reynolds, would not confirm or deny the existence of the blood.
He said:"If that's true, why are police still stating that Clay is not a suspect? If they have that evidence, it's amazing he's still not listed as a suspect. Police have also said that they have no evidence that a crime has been committed."
Cops remain tight-lipped on the disappearance and her friends and family hope that she is still alive.

THE apple didn't fall far from the tree, but in this case it was rotten to the core. 
Evil Guenevere Hudnall, 19, allegedly smashed her father to death with a pickaxe on the instruction of her mom Stephanie so they could claim his social security benefits, cops say. 
William Hudnall, 51, didn't have a chance as the twisted teen waited for him to go to sleep in his Hawthorn, FL trailer home before bludgeoning him with the axe in his head and chest. 
Sheriff's Detective Sandra Myers said: “The victim continued to make noise so she struck him with the axe until he was quiet to make sure he was dead."
Cops believe that the jobless teen plotted with her mother Stephanie, who was also unemployed, to bump off her father because they were about to be kicked out of their trailer home.So they planned to kill him and cash his social security checks.   
To make the murder appear to be a part of a break-in, Guenevere threw mail on the living room floor, investigators said.

She drove back to her mother's home in her father's truck and destroyed other evidence from the crime scene.
Both have been charged with premeditated murder and held on $1million bond. 
It will take a few social security checks to pay that off.
