ROBYN GARDNER SUSPECT FILMED SEX ROMPS: EX

WHO, ME? As cops in the Caribbean hunt for Robyn Gardner, her traveling companion's lawyer says they have nothing to hold him on. Gardner, 35, an unemployed dental assistant from Maryland disappeared in Aruba August 2 on Baby Beach. Detectives instantly smelled a rat and arrested Gary Giordano, 50, on August 5. But his lawyer says there is nothing to hold his client on. Michael Lopez said: "Today, 9 days later, 4 voluntary interviews, 2 site visits, and more than 30 statements coming from different sources including witnesses
and professionals, we can not deduce that there is hard proof to sustain a demand by the public prosecutor against our client."
Giordano told cops that they had been snorkeling when she disappeared. They were swimming back to the beach and the middle aged lothario said that when he arrived, she was nowhere to be seen.
Gardner, a pretty blonde, who loved running and tennis was on a clandestine trip to the island with Giordano behind her boyfriend's back. They arrived July 31st.
Sources said Giordano courted other blonde cuties with offers of trips and vacations and liked to film his sexual encounters. He was charming but one ex-wife said he was volatile. "He can't control his anger," Sharon Cohen said. MORE ON GARY GIORDANO AND ROBYN GARDNER

EVIDENCE FOUND IN ROBYN GARDNER DISAPPEARANCE?

THE BIZARRE disappearance of Robyn Gardner on Aruba has led cops on the island to an abandoned phosphate mine. The pretty blonde from Maryland vanished Aug. 2 on a clandestine trip to the island with an older suitor, Gary V. Giordano, also of Maryland.
Now, cops and firefighters are searching the mine and there was some grim evidence: a pink shirt and sandals. The mine is near where she went missing on a supposed snorkeling expedition.
Solicitor General Taco Stein said: "As long as we don't have a body, you can question whether or not she is dead. On the other hand, with all the publicity on the case, if she were still alive she would have made herself known."
Robyn and the 50-year-old lothario arrived in Aruba July 31 and shared a room
at a resort. Cops have video of them eating at a restaurant, not far from where he says she disappeared while snorkeling. No one saw them go into the water. Giordano, shown below, with cops is being held. The case is eerily similar to the 2005 disappearance in Aruba of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway. her body has never been found. The son of an island judge, Joran Van der Sloot is suspected of killing her. He is being held on murder charges in Chile for the slaying of another young woman. Coincidence? We think not.

Aruba became familiar to Americans after the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. Authorities repeatedly detained individuals suspected of involvement but then later had to release them for lack of evidence. That case was never solved.

COPS FEAR WORST IN BREEANN RODRIGUEZ CASE

ROBYN GARDNER TEXT RECEIVED AFTER DISAPPEARANCE

AS THE ROBYN Gardner case in Aruba drags on, cops there now seem to be classifying the pretty 35-year-old blonde from Maryland's disappearance as a homicide. But there's more: her jilted boyfriend claims he received a text from Robyn AFTER she disappeared. Cops on the Caribbean island are still holding her traveling companion. His lawyer--big shock--says he had nothing to do with it.

NEW CLUES IN BREEANN RODRIGUEZ DISAPPEARANCE

INVESTIGATORS probing the chilling disappearance of Breeann Rodriguez, 3, say they have come across three items of interest. The little Missouri girl vanished Saturday and although cops have not yet labeled it a kidnapping--it's starting to look that way.
Karnes told the Daily Dunklin Democrat: "We have some physical items of interest. [I can't elaborate] at this time exactly what they are because they are not in direct relation with the case."
He added that the items cannot be directly connected--or not--to the case at this time but cops are not
ruling out their importance. Karnes added:"Some of our searchers happened upon a piece of evidence and contacted me. We secured the area and found some more."
When asked about the evidence sent to the crime lab earlier this week, Karnes said it has come back, but hasn't provided any relevant clues. He also said he is hoping to get DNA off of the newer items.
"They got that back," Karnes said. "So far, none of it has really panned out to be anything."
Breeann is just the latest young girl to go missing in a summer that seems rife with the disappearances--and in some cases--murders of little girls and young women.
Detectives also say they are looking for a white van similar to the one pictured.
Breeann disappeared August 6. She was last seen at approximately noon riding her pink bicycle with training wheels in front of her home on Ode Johnson Street in Senath. Her bicycle also disappeared.
She was wearing a pink top, and pink and purple shorts.
The FBI and the Senath Marshal's office are offering a combined reward of up to $45,000 for the successful recovery and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for her disappearance, if she was abducted.

IS MISSING JACQUE SUE WALLER BURIED IN CEMENT?

INVESTIGATORS looking into the suspicious disappearance of Jacque Sue Waller suspect her remains may have been dumped at one of her estranged husband Clay's construction sites. And they believe the remains may have been buried in cement.
Jackson Police Chief James Humphrey's told the Southeast Missourian:"We've considered a lot of different possibilities, and that's just one of them. We don't have anything substantial to say for sure, but yeah, we've considered that."
Clay Waller is in custody at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on other matters. He is the cops' only person
of interest in mom of three Jacque Sue's  June 1 disappearance. Her estranged husband was the last person to see her hours before her disappearance. Her family believed Clay Waller murdered the pretty blonde mom. Her dad, Stan Rawson, a former cop said: "There's nothing that hasn't occurred to us. But I would think that would be a perfect way, don't you? I've had my thoughts about that from the first."
Cops added that a partly decomposed body was pulled from the Mississippi River on the weekend. They are going to check that up.

THE HEARTACHE in New Hampshire continues as an autopsy to discover how Celina Cass died has so far been inconclusive. However, cops seem to have no doubt the soft-spoken 11-year-old was murdered. Her body was found in the Connecticut River Monday and now residents of her small town near the Canadian border are asking:why?
Carole Rodrigue told the Boston Herald: “Whoever did this might be living here. I just hope they get the person and he pays for what he did, because she was just an innocent little girl.”

GRANDMA FEARS MISSING TEEN HAILEY DUNN IS DEAD

IT HAS been 7 heartbreaking months and still, there is no sign of missing Texas teen Hailey Dunn. And now, her grandmother tells KCBD that she believes the cheerleader is likely dead--but says she's not giving up hope even as the possibility the little girl is found safe decreases.
Connie Jones said: “Imagine what hell is like—just imagine someone in your family missing and not knowing where she’s at."

CELINA CASS'S FATHER HAS 'VIOLENT, MENTALLY ILL PAST'

WITHOUT TRACE
MISSING 11-year-old Celina Cass's stepfather has a violent past, filled with allegations of criminal behavior and mental illness records reveal. Wendell Noyes, 47, was busted for threatening an ex-girlfriend back in 2003, after breaking into her home while she and her two children slept, picking up her mattress and slamming it down.
As a result of the 2003 attack, court records show that the 47-year-old was involuntarily committed after being diagnosed with schizophrenia.
At the time, Judge Richard Hampe ruled Noyes was incompetent to stand trial, writing that the man's mental illness created "a potentially serious likelihood of danger to himself and others."
Pretty Celina, 11, vanished without trace Monday, after last being seen playing on her computer at around 9pm, sparking a huge manhunt, around the small town of Stewartson, NH, which has just 800 residents and is just a mile away from the Canadian border.

There seemed to be no signs that she had either run away or of abduction or struggle as nothing was missing or disturbed in her room.
State Police, border patrol and FBI child abduction experts scoured the area Thursday, even sending agents as far as New York and Virginia.
Shannon Towles, who owns a mini-mart on Route 3, said her disappearance had shaken the town, saying: "It's creepy. Things like this don't happen here. I know that's kind of a tired phrase. I'm an overprotective mom as it is. Now it's going to be way worse."
She added: "She's just a little girl and she's a nice little girl."

CUSTODY FIGHT TOOK TOLL ON LAURA JEAN ACKERSON

A FORMER boyfriend of murdered North Carolina mom Laura Jean Ackerson said that in recent emails she described how bitter her custody fight was. Detectives found Ackerson's dismembered remains in Texas Wednesday. She had been reported missing July 18. Her former boyfriend and the father of her two boys, aged 3 and 2, Grant Ruffin Hayes, 32, and his wife Amanda Perry hayes, 39, have been charged with murder.
James Harrison--who dated the pretty brunette from 2005 to 2008--said
that in an email dated July 11, Laura Jean revealed the terrible toll the battle with Hayes was taking. Both parties claimed the other was an unfit parent.

Harrison said: "She was involved in a very long court battle. Clearly, the relationship had gone sour. The manner in which it happened and the level of gruesome detail that went into Laura's disappearance has just killed me."
Apparently, Laura Jean and Hayes relationship had been volatile but Harrison initially believed he had the sort of traits that his ex was looking for in a man. He was tragically wrong.

MISSING CELINA CASS, 11, 'WOULDN'T HAVE RUN AWAY'

CELINA CASS would never have gone with a stranger, friends said. The missing 11-year-old New Hampshire girl was just too painfully shy. Cass--who lives near the Canadian border--was last seen in her bedroom Monday night. Kayla Baglio said: “She was very shy. If she didn’t know you she would look to her older sister to make sure you were okay."
So anyone in her small village of 900 who knows her--and that's pretty much everyone--doubts she willing went with the person who likely abducted her. And they don't think she ran away either.
The investigation, now aided by the FBI, has sent
shivers of terror through the area as parents fear for their own children's safety.

Kieran Ramsey, the supervisory special agent for the F.B.I. in New Hampshire said the agency has deployed its “Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Team.” Cops are begging for the public's help and the case still being treated as a missing person's case. However, late Wednesday crime scene tape was put around the family home.
