ROBYN GARDNER SUSPECT FILMED SEX ROMPS: EX

WHO, ME? As cops in the Caribbean hunt for Robyn Gardner, her traveling companion's lawyer says they have nothing to hold him on. Gardner, 35, an unemployed dental assistant from Maryland disappeared in Aruba August 2 on Baby Beach. Detectives instantly smelled a rat and arrested Gary Giordano, 50, on August 5. But his lawyer says there is nothing to hold his client on. Michael Lopez said: "Today, 9 days later, 4 voluntary interviews, 2 site visits, and more than 30 statements coming from different sources including witnesses
and professionals, we can not deduce that there is hard proof to sustain a demand by the public prosecutor against our client."
Giordano told cops that they had been snorkeling when she disappeared. They were swimming back to the beach and the middle aged lothario said that when he arrived, she was nowhere to be seen.
Gardner, a pretty blonde, who loved running and tennis was on a clandestine trip to the island with Giordano behind her boyfriend's back. They arrived July 31st.
Sources said Giordano courted other blonde cuties with offers of trips and vacations and liked to film his sexual encounters. He was charming but one ex-wife said he was volatile. "He can't control his anger," Sharon Cohen said. MORE ON GARY GIORDANO AND ROBYN GARDNER

HOPE FADING FOR MISSING NH GIRL CELINA CASS, 11

POLICE SOURCES say hope is fast fading for the safe return of missing New Hampshire girl Celina Cass, 11. After scouring through garbage and interviewing everyone in her small town near the Canadian border today they're searching the Connecticut River. The soft-spoken little girl disappeared Monday and has not been seen since. The FBI have offered a $25,000 reward for info on her bizarre disappearance.
FBI Supervisory Special Agent Kieran Ramsey, announcing the reward said: “This reward should not be read into that we are transitioning in
any way in this investigation. We are still aggressively — aggressively — searching and hoping to bring Celina Cass home."
But friends and family are losing hope after almost a week.
West Stewartstown selectman Jimmy Gilbert said: It’s a pretty sad mood for everyone. It’s hard not knowing. Everyone wants to know.” HOPE FADING FOR CELINA CASS

JACQUE SUE WALLER'S HUSBAND 'NOT FORTHCOMING'

IN HAPPIER TIMES
THE HUSBAND of a missing mother of young triplets is 'not forthcoming' with information, cops leading the search for Jacque Sue Waller, have revealed.
Jackson, MO, Police have named James 'Clay' Waller a "person of interest" in her disappearance and they suspect foul play may be involved.
Police Chief James Humphreys said: "He's not cooperating the way we hope he would."
He added that his investigation team will conduct more searches this week in the area where her car was found abandoned along a Missouri state highway.
Police suspect that the scene may have been staged to look like an abduction.
Clay Waller allegedly told police his wife walked away from the home on foot after the two argued, but as we reported here his family also think that he knows more than he's letting on.
Humphreys added that cops searched the home where Clay Waller was temporarily living within 72 hours of the investigation.
He added detectives also uncovered valuable information from the woman's computer that he described only as "personal diary type" in nature, saying it: "was pretty important to us."
Anyone with information on Jacque Sue Waller is being urged to call the Jackson Police Department at 573-243-3151.

COPS BAFFLED BY DISAPPEARANCE OF AMY AHONEN

COPS and family are growing increasingly fearful over the mystery disappearance of Amy Ahonen, 38, of Denver. The pretty blonde's black Jeep Liberty was discovered abandoned on the side of a remote Colorado highway. Detectives say she was last seen at her home on Friday--the day before her birthday. When she didn't show for work, pals became worried and called cops.
Ahonen's purse, cellphone, credit cards and car keys were found inside the unlocked Jeep, but there was no sign of the well-liked woman.  Fox Denver does report that the Colorado State Patrol had contact with her Friday morning when her vehicle was spotted on the side of the highway. She told the trooper she didn't need help. So far there have been no signs of foul play, cops say but they add they are keeping all options on the table.
Friends and family have set up a Facebook page -- "Find Amy Ahonen" -- plastered with pictures of the woman. She is described as 5-foot-4, 120 lbs. She has blonde hair and green eyes. Pals say she's friendly and sociable.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is being urged to call the Denver Police Department at 720-913-2000. MORE ON MISSING WOMAN
