CASEY ANTHONY 'IS RESPONSIBLE' FOR CAYLEE'S DEATH

RESPONSIBLE
PARTY MOM Casey Anthony may have been found not guilty by a jury but she "is responsible" for the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee according to a report by Florida's Department of Children and Families.
The 25-year-old promiscuous felon, who was found to be the most hated person in America in a recent poll here was "neglectful" of her toddler investigators for the welfare agency found.
The damning report also concluded that she failed to protect Caylee by not reporting her disappearance in 2008 for more than a month and that failure interfered with the law enforcement investigation and efforts to find her child.

Damningly they also concluded that the tot died as a result of abuse or neglect, but the report said the agency was unable to substantiate that the toddler had died from asphyxiation.
DCF spokesman Joe Follick said: "The inactions by the mother were clearly failure to protect. As the child was found dead, obviously the failure to protect led to the death."
He added that the state agency is mandated to conduct reviews when there are allegations that a child dies as a result of abuse, abandonment or neglect.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office will not take any further action as a result of the report, Capt. Angelo Nieves told CNN.
He said: "This closes out the DCF case, and it does not create additional follow-up on our part."
Anthony has not been seen since she was spotted in Ohio which we reported here
Here parents George and Cindy did make an appearance at the spot where their granddaughter was killed on the day when Caylee would have turned six, which we reported here.
It remains to be seen whether she will give a media interview with her side of the story, after the astonishing case.

CASEY ANTHONY DRANK CORONAS ON PRIVATE JET: VID

SHE'S BACK. And she is ready to P.A.R.T.Y. Apparently, according to TMZ notorious Party Mom Casey Anthony who murdered was acquitted in the death of her toddler daughter Caylee sucked on a bottle of Corona just after being released from a Florida jail. The new images show the 25-year-old promiscuous party girl smiling widely as she comes down the stairs of a private jet; waving the half-empty bottle. Her handlers are now apparently shopping the video around but is prohibitvely expensive. The images of Anthony are triggering outrage and are a chilling reminder of Anthony's heavy partying, posing in bikinis and such in the days following Caylee's 2008 disappearance.

SURLY KRISTEN STEWART AS CASEY ANTHONY?

OK, we admit it. The New York Daily News came up with the nifty idea of casting the Casey Anthony movie. See below and after the jump for the News' casting picks. Go to the DAILY NEWS  FOR MORE COOL STUFF.
Surly, unsmiling Kristen Stewart might be a good choice as Casey but in the hard-partying, heavy slutting, heavy boozing days, the Party Mom of the Sunshine State smiled a lot.

The News picks Mary Kay Place, right, as tormented fibbing mom Cindy Anthony.

The News likes Richard Dreyfuss as dad George Anthony.

As her lawyer Jose Baez, Jimmy Smits.

Reginald VelJohnson, right, as Judge Belvin Perry.

The News thinks that for prosecutor, Linda Drane Burdick, Alexandra Wentworth is a good call.
Our choice for the Party Mom's various and sundry lovers, special friends, boyfriends, friends with benefits and booty calls: The army of the People's Republic of China.

CASEY ANTHONY VERDICT MADE JURORS "SICK"

PHOTO: Jennifer Ford is a 32 year old nursing student.A JUROR on the Casey Anthony murder trial says she and the 11 others "cried and were sick to our stomachs" after acquitting the notorious Party Mom in the slaying of her daughter Caylee in 2008.
The stunning verdict has left America reeling in the biggest courtroom shock since O.J. Simpson skated on murdering his wife and her young boyfriend.
Jennifer Ford, juror number 3, told ABC News: "I did not say she was innocent. I just said there was not enough evidence. If you cannot prove what the crime was, you cannot determine what the punishment should be."

The shocking not guilty verdict stunned court watchers and no one from the jury was willing to speak to the media after the verdict.
Ford added: "Everyone wonders why we didn't speak to the media right away. It was because we were sick to our stomach to get that verdict. We were crying and not just the women. It was emotional and we weren't ready. We wanted to do it with integrity and not contribute to the sensationalism of the trial."
Anthony, 25, was instead found guilty of four counts of lying to law enforcement. Of course, there were too many fibs to sift through for the jury, apparently. She could be sprung from jail as early as today.  The case will likely be analyzed for years to come. Did the prosecution blow it? Was the CSI factor in effect in the jury room?

CASEY ANTHONY SHOCK VERDICT! PARTY MOM WALKS IN STUNNING NOT GUILTY DECISION; APPEAL LIKELY

WHAT ABOUT ME?
'I AM SO READY TO P.A.R.T.Y.'
CASEY ANTHONY'S legal team proved Tuesday that bullshit does indeed baffle brains.Twelve of Florida's biggest fans of CSI: Orlando found the hard-partying monster mom not guilty of first-degree murder. Can you believe it? We can't. Anthony, 25, was cleared of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008. She could have gotten the needle for the evil deed. She was also cleared of manslaughter. She was found guilty of lying to cops. Huh? After the verdicts were read, the promiscuous Party Mom hugged her lawyers. The five-man, seven-woman
jury needed just 10 hours over two days to digest 33 days of testimony and two days of closing arguments - and reach a verdict in a nationally televised soap opera of a trial.
Reaction outside the Orlando courthouse was shock.
The prosecution believed Casey smothered her daughter to death because the little girl was interfering with her party lifestyle--which no one ever managed to explain how she could afford it. In the days before Caylee idea, the boozing bimbo wrote in her diary: "I completely trust my own judgement & know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means. ... I am finally happy."
The defense claimed--what didn't they claim?--during the trial the child drowned in the pool and Casey's dad George helped cover it up, oh, and he may have molested her, oh, and she may have been illegitimate.
Of course, there was a truckload of circumstantial evidence--including the multitude of lies the sexy brunette told detectives. After all, when your kid disappears, you don't tell cops for a month, right?

CASEY ANTHONY'S PARENTS: 'WE THINK SHE'S GUILTY'

WHEN YOU lost mom and dad, you now you're in big trouble. In a shocking interview with CNN, the lawyer for the parents of Party Mom Casey Anthony said they think she's guilty but DO NOT want to see the swinging floozie get the death penalty for the sickening crime that has riveted the world.
Mark Lippman said of George and Cindy Anthony: "But this is important and they wanted me to stress this. They love her, they support her and they do not want her to get the death penalty and they will do all they can to avoid her getting the death penalty in this case."
Ah, but they may not have a say. Anthony, 25, is now on trial in Florida for first-degree murder in the brutal 2008 slaying of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. If she is convicted, in all likelihood she will be frog marched to death row. Testimony is expected to continue today.

Her team continued calling witnesses yesterday on chemical testing etc., along with other scientific stuff that you can read about on CNN.
In their uphill battle to keep Anthony from receiving a ride on the needle (destination: Abyss) they have argued that Caylee drowned and that the Party Mom and her father panicked and hid body. According to George Anthony, that's just not so.

CASEY ANTHONY DEFENCE SAYS AUTOPSY WAS 'SHODDY'

AS ANOTHER week in the Casey Anthony murder trial wrapped up, her defence team are starting to try and rip holes in the prosecution's case. Read: they're trying to plant the seeds of reasonable doubt. We say, 'good luck dude!' Florida Party Mom Anthony, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 slaying of her toddler daughter Caylee. If convicted, she will likely get the needle. On Saturday, Dr. Werner Spitz said that the duct tape found on Caylee's skull was placed there AFTER decomposition. The prosecution has claimed that the little girl was suffocated by the placement of the duct tape over her nose and
mouth. Of course, after she disappeared, her mom seemed hell-bent on partying hard, banging every guy in sight and continuing with her moronic lifestyle in Orlando, Florida. Indeed, the past week has been chock-a-block with outlandish claims by the defence: dad did it, incest, yada, yada.

Spitz--a forensic pathologist--also slammed Orange County Medical examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia for his "shoddy" autopsy. The judge slammed the defence for not informing the prosecution of their first witness of the day.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS OF SPITZ TESTIMONY:
* Claimed there was no examination inside Caylee's skull, "standard practice", he sniffed.
* The dried sediment indicated the body decomposed on the left. That differs from the crime scene.
* Lack of DNA on the duct tape indicated it was put there to keep the jawbone from falling off: meaning, someone moved the body.

PARTY MOM CASEY ANTHONY CLOSER TO DEATH ROW

GRIM. That's the only way to describe Week 3 of Casey Anthony's first-degree murder trial. Anthony, 25, is charged with murdering her her toddler daughter Caylee in 2008. This week, the prosecution paraded a veritable marching band of expert witnesses that seemed to inch the Party Mom ever closer to death row. Gruesome videos, bugs, what animals did to Caylee... it was all there.
The Chicago Tribune has a day-by-day roundup of the week's doings in a Florida courtroom:
MONDAY: Dr. Arpad Vass, a top scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee, testified about human-decomposition-odor analysis and how the concept was applied to samples from Casey Anthony's car. Defense attorney Jose Baez questioned Vass about a possible financial incentive for getting the science of odor analysis accepted in the courts. Vass said he could see 15 percent royalties if a device he helped design is sold and marketed to law enforcement.
TUESDAY: Orange County Deputy Jason Forgey explained how police dogs are trained to detect human decomposition and what happened when his K-9, Gerus, got involved in the Casey Anthony case and alerted authorities to a possible site of decomposition. Dr. Michael Rickenbach, a forensic chemist examiner with the FBI, told jurors that he was surprised that residue of chloroform was detected on fabric from a spare tire cover taken from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car because the chemical usually dissipates quickly.

COPS TO CASEY ANTHONY: 'EVERYTHING...IS A LIE'

YESTERDAY'S episode of Party Mom goes to trial featured video of Casey Anthony by turns sobbing, giggling and generally acting like the immature woman-child America has come to know.
In the jailhouse video recorded on July 25, 2008, Anthony, 25, tells her brother her main focus is finding her missing daughter Caylee, 2.
She said sobbing: "If you can speak to the media directly, my concern for me is Caylee, No one has said for me that I love my daughter, that I want her safety and that she and the rest of my family is my only concern. All I want is to see her again, to hear
her laugh, to see her smile and to just be with our family. Nothing else matters to me at this point."

The Orlando, Florida party mom is on trial for first-degree murder and other charges involving the death of Caylee. If convicted she would be a primo candidate for execution. She claims she's innocent and her lawyers say little Caylee drowned in her grandparents' pool.
* The court also heard a tape of a police interview where Casey admits misleading them and insists that Caylee was kidnapped by the nanny named "Zanny." There is no record of such a woman.
"None of us are sitting here believing what you're saying because everything that's coming out of your mouth is a lie," Detective Yuri Melich said during the interview. Sgt. John Allen adds: "If the main thing you want to do is find your daughter, and you don't think lying to us is going to help find her, why would you do that?"
Indeed.

MOM SLAMMED CASEY ANTHONY AS 'UNFIT MOTHER'

CASEY ANTHONY is coming across as a real charmer. A real shit. On Tuesday, a pal of the party mom testified Anthony was bitter because her mom wasn't ready to drop everything and babysit. Amy Huizenga told a Florida court that her onetime friend had a strained relationship with her parents
Anthony is on trial for first-degree murder for the savage death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008.
She told the court: "It was hard. Her mom was continually agitated with her. I remember she told me her mom had told her she was an unfit
mother. She was extremely upset about that."
The party mom was also pissed that she had to cancel her plans "fairly frequently" because there was no one to babysit her little girl. As the spring of 2008 wore on, Anthony was becoming ever more bitter and by late June, Caylee was had disappeared from the scene.

Earlier in the day, jurors listened to a jailhouse phone call from Anthony where the party mom is spewing self-pity. She sobs, "no one is listening to me", I don't know anything ... IT WAS THE NANNY!
Anthony snarls to her friend Kristina Chester: ""I got arrested on a f---ing whim today because they're blaming me for stuff that I would never do, that I didn't do. They're twisting stuff. They've already said they're going to pin this on me if they don't find Caylee. They've already said that."
Chester tries calming her: "Casey, your daughter, your flesh and blood, your baby." Anthony snaps: "Put my brother back on the phone. I don't want to get into this with you. ... I haven't slept in four days."
Hello, death penalty...

CASEY ANTHONY'S SOBBING MOM: 'I SMELLED DEATH'

CASEY ANTHONY MURDER TRIAL WEEK 2: Part Mom Casey Anthony's own mother Cindy Anthony sobbed when she told a Florida court how horrified she was when she saw Caylee's favorite doll in the child's car seat. Thus began the dramatic second week of the Casey Anthony murder trial. The 25-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 2-year-old Caylee in June 2008 and other offences. Her remains were found in December of that year. If Casey is convicted she will likely face the death penalty.
Tuesday Cindy Anthony told the court  how her daughter stopped bringing the child around and alluded to a nanny, a rich suitor and a tractor trailer load of other half
truths.

Cindy Anthony said Tuesday she asked repeatedly to speak to Caylee on the phone: "I missed hearing her little voice." She added her daughter always had an excuse why she couldn't speak to the child.
"There was always a reason I missed her," Cindy Anthony said.

CASEY ANTHONY'S MOTHER: 'I'M TRYING NOT TO CRY'

CASEY ANTHONY'S mother was desperate to connect with her granddaughter Caylee in the horrible weeks after she disappeared. She outlined a staggering list of excuses the now notorious Party Mom gave for keeping the 2-year-old away from home for a staggering month. Anthony, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 homicide. If guilty she could face the death penalty.
Casey Anthony told her mom she was delayed for: work meetings, a car accident, hanging out with a wealthy suitor and a litany of other fibs. Anthony's trial has taken a break for the Memorial Day weekend but will resume on Tuesday.

Prosecutors believe the hard-partying Anthony drugged Caylee and then suffocated her. Her defence is suggesting that the girl accidentally drowned and that Anthony panicked and dumped the body--with her dad.
Casey also told her mom that she worked at Universal Studios, then that she was at another boyfriend's condo in Jacksonville. In reality she was in her hometown of Orlando getting banged and partying. An amusement park trip with Caylee was in reality a Hot Body contest.
Cindy Anthony also asked that a picture of the little girl be taken down: "I'm trying not to cry."
