But his lawyer says there is nothing to hold his client on. Michael Lopez said: "Today, 9 days later, 4 voluntary interviews, 2 site visits, and more than 30 statements coming from different sources including witnesses
and professionals, we can not deduce that there is hard proof to sustain a demand by the public prosecutor against our client."
Giordano told cops that they had been snorkeling when she disappeared. They were swimming back to the beach and the middle aged lothario said that when he arrived, she was nowhere to be seen.
Gardner, a pretty blonde, who loved running and tennis was on a clandestine trip to the island with Giordano behind her boyfriend's back. They arrived July 31st.

COPS in Missouri have arrested and charged a father of three with first-degree murder in the death of Breeann Rodriguez. The 3-year-old disappeared Aug. 6 while riding her pink bicycle. Days later her training wheels were discovered. And now there has been an arrest in Senath, Missouri. Shawn S. Morgan, 43, is now sitting in a jail cell awaiting arraignment. Unfortunately, the sweet little girl's body has yet to be found.
Police spokesman Mike McCammon said: "Morgan is charged with causing
the death of Breeann Rodriguez, three years old, also of Senath, by suffocating her. The charge is that he did this on August 6th, the day that she went missing." Morgan, a steelworker, lives just down this street from Breeann's home and was quietly arrested late Friday.


Neighbor Debra Miller said of accused killer: "His wife just came over and said they were taking out computers and just bags of stuff. ... Of course she was upset but trying to believe the best.
"Our street is a dead-end street. We watch after each other's children. Our grandchildren have been here all summer. This is so shocking. It's hard to believe. ... Yesterday David Gregory, the subpar host of Meet the Press, tried desperately to knock Michele Bachmann off her game with a relentless series of questions concerning her views on Gays.



She stayed on message!



The truth is these questions were meant to marginalize Bachmann. But, it won’t work because all the GOP candidates share the same view that the Gay life style is an immoral way to live according to the Bible.



And all Christians are constitutionally protected to have that view without any guff coming from anybody who doesn’t like it.



It’s called religious freedom!



However, Liberals/Progressives, who really don’t have faith beliefs in a high power, other than Big Government can never seem to grasp this.



It’s a safe bet that most homosexuals won’t vote for Michele Bachmann. But, who cares really? The important issue here is that Barack Obama is a disaster for the country and the whole world knows it.



His approval rating is below 40% for the first time. He was elected in huge measure because of people like David Gregory and the rest of the main stream media perpetrating the biggest hoax in history that Barack Obama was something special.

BOY, did he ever pick on the wrong guy.
Armed robber Richard Nowling, 41, probably looked at his 63-year-old, 150lb mark and thought it was going to be easy.
But Fred Kemp was no pushover, in fact, he was a former wrestler and he wasn't going to be robbed without a fight.
He explained to the Sun Sentinel that he had just finished dinner at a restaurant near his Boynton Beach, FL home and was getting into his car when Nowling stuck a gun in his face.
Thinking of his wife's safety, he pushed the weapon away, but Nowling started to pistol whip him around the head. 
He said: "He started to hit me, so I reacted from there. I got him out into the street and held his arm. I foot-sweeped him down and I was trying to get a hold of the gun. He banged me up a little bit but my main concern was the gun."
Pulling out more wrestling moves, Kemp maneuvered the suspect into a rear naked choke hold, or "sleeper hold," a popular submission technique in mixed martial arts.
When Nowling's oxygen began to run out, and he became weak, Julie Kemp, 53, grabbed the weapon —it turned out to be an authentic-looking pellet gun — and held it pointed it at him until police arrived, investigators said.
Kemp added: "He asked me to let him go when I had him down. I said, 'No, I'm not going to do that.'"
Kemp, a muscular 150 pounds started wrestling in high school before winning a scholarship to Hofstra University in Long Island, N.Y.
He coaches wrestling for the New York State Junior Olympic team and is a volunteer assistant wrestling coach at American University in Washington, D.C.
He said: "In retrospect, it's not a wise move, but it was my reflexes and I'm fairly comfortable in being able to handle myself. So I did what came natural. I'm happy that no one got hurt and a guy like that is off the street."
Nowling will now be charged with armed robbery.

TO the outside world he was a caring, compassionate Peace Corps volunteer, who worked with AIDS orphans in South Africa. 
But now it appears that Jesse Osmun, 31, had a much darker side and he has confessed to molesting at least five girls, none of whom is is older than six, for months. 
South African police translator Samkele Mhlongo said the aid worker also showed the children child pornography stored on his computer.
He added: "They were frightened. They were brave to tell. They did something very important."
Osmun who had also volunteered with an orphanage in Kenya aroused suspicions when a teacher saw him following three girls into a building at the shelter.  
When she walked in, she found Osmun, who described himself on his blog as an "Africa Lover", zipping up his pants. 
A girl later told the teacher she was asked to perform oral sex and that he had given them sweets and told them not to tell anyone.     
The shelter's director told investigators she had confronted Osmun and urged him to get help, which he had refused to do.
The same day the aid worker announced that he intended to leave the Peace Corps early, a few months short of the end of his two year service. 
He was busted last week in Connecticut and has now faces a possible 30-years behind bars and a fine of $250,000 after being charged with travelling outside of the US to engage in sexual conduct with a minor.

JAILED: PATTY BIGBEE TRIED TO SELL HER GRANDSON

A TWISTED granny who plotted to sell her baby grandson has been sentenced to five years behind bars.
Patty Bigbee, 47, accepted a check for $30,000 for two-month-old Aiden Flemming, with the full knowledge of her daughter Stephanie Bigbee-Davis, 22, who wanted to buy a car with the money.
In a weird twist the potential buyer was Danielle Skiver, who she had given up for adoption almost 30-years ago.
They had recently reconnected on Facebook when during one of their conversations Skiver mentioned that she wanted a baby.
Rather than offer support, Bigbee offered her grandson who she knew her other daughter didn't really want.
A shocked Skiver then alerted the authorities, who set up a sting operation on the oddball family WFOR reports.
Together with her partner Lawrence Works, Bigbee met FDLE agents posing as buyers and after a negotiation in which they started by asking $75,000 they eventually settled for a $30,000 check for the baby
FDLE spokeswoman Susie Murphy said Works, who was also charged with the illegal sale or surrender of a child, aided the transfer by placing the child’s belongings into the car he thought belonged to the woman buying the child. 
Patty Bigbee pleaded no contest in June to selling a child and communications fraud.
However this story may have a happy ending; the daughter Bigbee gave up for adoption now says she wants to adopt Aidan legally.

When Pawlenty first announced, I yawned and asked to be awaken when something interesting happened.



Now that he quits after a poor showing at the Iowa Straw Poll, my lack of excitement was justified.



Let’s face it. Tim is probably a nice guy, but he put my feet to sleep. He had no shot at getting the GOP nod. So let’s move on to more compelling candidates.

Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty is dropping out of the Republican presidential contest, after a disappointing third-place finish in the Iowa Straw Poll Saturday.



"We needed to get some lift to continue on and have a pathway forward," Pawlenty said this morning in an exclusive interview on "This Week." "That didn't happen, so I'm announcing this morning on your show that I'm going to be ending my campaign for president.



"I'm very, very grateful for the people of Iowa," Pawlenty added. "I wish it would have been different, but obviously the pathway forward for me doesn't really exist, so we're going to end the campaign."

SERIAL killer, creepy Anthony Sowell will die for the vicious murders of 11 women, the judge has ruled.
The 51-year-old was found guilty of luring 11 women to his Cleveland, OH apartment often with the promise of booze or crack cocaine.
But after smoking the drug he turned, repeatedly raping them and beating them to death.
When he ran out of the room to bury the body's in his back garden, he kept them lying around his apartment, causing an almighty stink in the neighborhood.  
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Dick Ambrose upheld a jury's recommendation earlier in the week that he be put to death.

Sowell was busted on Halloween 2009, two days after police went to his house on a sexual-assault complaint and began finding bodies and body parts strewn about.
The skull of Leshanda Long was found in a bucket in the basement. 
Sowell chose not to speak during his court case but as we reported here he did eventually apologize for his horrific crimes.
But it was too little too late and now he was die for his crime.

A COP KILLER is in custody after he senselessly shot an officer for pointing a stun gun at his two dogs. 
George Hitcho Jr allegedly blasted officer Robert Lasso, 31 with a shotgun after he attempted to make him control his animals. 
The 46-year-old had apparently told him couldn't come onto his Freemansburg, PA property and then in a moment of madness he aimed a stun gun at the dogs he blasted the married father of two. 
But although he was rushed to hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. 
His mom Elsie Stem told The Express Times: "He was so loved, especially by his kids. Now they have to grow up without a daddy. It's not fair.

"It's a senseless death that should and could have been avoided. " 
Police Chief George Bruneio, who arrived after Mr Lasso requested assistance, instructed him to 'shoot the dogs' and that's when the homeowner pulled out a shotgun and fired, authorities said.
Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett has ordered flags in the Capitol complex and in Northampton County to be flown at half-staff to honour Officer Lasso, who's funeral will be held Tuesday.

Holly Pullen left Robert C. Harding needing stitches after he asked her whether he could marry her 13-year-old daughter or whether she might sign her away.
She told KCCI: "I got down to the alley and I confronted him. I said, 'Why are you staring at the kids?' and he looks at me and says, 'I want to marry the red head.' I came unglued at that point. I was like
Dude, she's only 13 and that's my daughter.'"
She added that Harding had told her he wanted to get the girl into the alley so he could marry her and sex her, so she signed his face with her fist.
Police also said he told them he knew the girl was a minor and that he liked "young girls."
Pullen added: "It's horrible, it's a nightmare, it's not one that I think any parent wants to go through." 
Harding is charged with enticing a minor under the age of 16, which is punishable up 4 years in prison and a parole violation. He's being held on $15,000 bond.

Tickets for the Friday night games, which are only open to over 18 year olds, cost between $20 and $40.



The scantily-dressed women are being used to bring a new crowd to the sport. “It does seem as though the popularity of a particular women's sport is often unfortunately tied to how attractive its stars are,' said Larry Tobin, former Vice President of Fox Sports Interactive. “Mostly though, women's sports suffer from the same problems that most of the non-big four men's sports do,' he told Fox News.

Gov. Rick Perry of Texas announced Saturday that he was running for president, declaring it was “time to get America working again” as he sought to offer the Republican Party a well-rounded candidate who appeals to fiscal conservatives and can also rally the evangelical base.



As many of his fellow candidates flooded Iowa over the weekend to woo voters at the Ames Straw Poll, Mr. Perry headed here to announce that he was seeking the nomination at the RedState Gathering, an annual convention of conservative bloggers.



“I came to South Carolina because I will not sit back and accept the path that America is on, because a great country requires a better direction, because a renewed nation needs a new president,” he said.

“With the support of my family and unwavering belief in the goodness of America, I declare to you today as a candidate for president of the United States.”



And with that, Mr. Perry, 61, whose spectral presence has lingered over the Republican primary contest — he was even the topic of a question at Thursday night’s Republican debate in Iowa — officially became a candidate for the Republican nomination.



Mr. Perry’s entrance into an already crowded field is expected to reconfigure the dynamics of the race, offering Republicans a fiscal and social conservative who not only appeals to the party’s base but can also challenge Mitt Romney, who is leading in many polls, on jobs and the economy.

That’s exactly what the White House has done by dispatching David “I love Saul Alinsky” Axelrod to attack Texas Gov Rick Perry a day before he even announces. Can you see the beads of sweat on Obama’s face?



The smart move would have been not to react at all and treat Perry’s announcement as just another guy running for president. But, as is the case with the Obama presidency, it’s been Amateur Hour at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue since January 20, 2008.

US President Barack Obama's top reelection strategist charged Friday that Republican White House hopeful and Texas Governor Rick Perry had "very little to do" with his state's economic success.



"There's a specific reason that Texas has done so well, and that's because the oil industry has done so well in the last few years, and the military has grown because of the challenges that we have had overseas," said David Axelrod.



"And so he's been the beneficiary of things that he had very little to do with," Axelrod told ABC television.



The preemptive strike came one day before Perry, who succeeded George W. Bush in the Texas governor's mansion in 2000, was to formally launch his bid for the Republican nomination to take on Obama in the November 2012 elections.



Perry, campaigning for months in all but name, has been touting his home state's growth and jobs creation over the past decade at a time when the sour national economy and its 9.1 percent unemployment rate are voters' top worry.



"I am a pro-business governor. I will be a pro-business president," Perry told Time magazine in an interview released Thursday, highlighting his opposition to taxes and regulation.

Report-A rude reporter of questionable sexual orientation tried to bogart his way in front on Rep Michele Bachmann (R-Mn) who is seeking the GOP nomination for president.



Two extremely attractive blonde female staffers cleared a path for Bachmann and sent Mr. Rude CNN reporter almost flying into a pile of discarded Pork Chops on a stick.



The reporter said he didn’t need to go to the hospital.

Tennessee Music teacher Daniel Torroll caught having sex with doll outside school

Police in Spring Hill arrested a local music teacher Thursday morning after he was caught engaging in a sex act with a doll outside a local elementary school.



Officers were called to Allendale Elementary School on Prescott Way in Spring Hill amid reports of a white male with a duffle bag under a bridge on school property. The bridge provides access to the school from the main road.



Spring Hill police told Nashville's News 2 the responding officer witnessed the man, identified as 56-year-old Daniel Torroll, performing sex acts on a child-like doll police later discovered he'd cut holes into.



The officer reported the man was naked and in a location where he could be seen by people driving up to the school.

"I happened to be there I didn't know it was school property. I wouldn't be there if I knew it was school property," Torroll told Nashville's News 2.



According to Torroll, he suffers from an attention deficit disorder which he says affects his inability to resist certain sexual impulses, though none of which involve children.



"[Police] came here and looked [through my home]. There was nothing here. There was no child porn. I have two kids myself," he said.

29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty -- a sometime professional exotic dancer -- was approached by some friends who host poker games ... who asked if she would waitress at their events and pose nude for their promotional materials. Lee obliged ... and over the past 6 weeks, she posed for a series of VERY revealing pictures which give the term "photo spread" a whole new meaning.

One person connected to the photo shoots tells us Lee posed for some of the photos as recently as July 29, less than a week before the bank robbery. We're told Dougherty was not paid for the "modeling" work.

EVIDENCE FOUND IN ROBYN GARDNER DISAPPEARANCE?

THE BIZARRE disappearance of Robyn Gardner on Aruba has led cops on the island to an abandoned phosphate mine. The pretty blonde from Maryland vanished Aug. 2 on a clandestine trip to the island with an older suitor, Gary V. Giordano, also of Maryland.
Now, cops and firefighters are searching the mine and there was some grim evidence: a pink shirt and sandals. The mine is near where she went missing on a supposed snorkeling expedition.
Solicitor General Taco Stein said: "As long as we don't have a body, you can question whether or not she is dead. On the other hand, with all the publicity on the case, if she were still alive she would have made herself known."
Robyn and the 50-year-old lothario arrived in Aruba July 31 and shared a room
at a resort. Cops have video of them eating at a restaurant, not far from where he says she disappeared while snorkeling. No one saw them go into the water. Giordano, shown below, with cops is being held. The case is eerily similar to the 2005 disappearance in Aruba of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway. her body has never been found. The son of an island judge, Joran Van der Sloot is suspected of killing her. He is being held on murder charges in Chile for the slaying of another young woman. Coincidence? We think not.

Aruba became familiar to Americans after the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. Authorities repeatedly detained individuals suspected of involvement but then later had to release them for lack of evidence. That case was never solved.
