SELF HELP Guru James Arthur Ray has been found guilty in the deaths of three people in an Arizona sweat lodge.
The best selling author of The Secret told people they would find enlightenment on his "Spiritual Warrior" retreat, if they entered the in the lodge, made of willow trees and branches, and covered with tarpaulins and blankets.
He warned participants in a recording of the event played during the trial that the sweat lodge would be "hellacious" and that participants were guaranteed to feel like they were dying but would do so only metaphorically.
He said: "The true spiritual warrior has conquered death and therefore has no fear or enemies in this lifetime or the next, because the greatest fear you'll ever experience is the fear of what? Death."You will have to get a point to where you surrender and it's OK to die."
Sadly Kirby Brown, 38, James Shore, 40, and  Lizbeth Marie Neuman, 49 passed away for real after entering the entering the extremely hot lodge which had stones in the middle that Ray poured water on.
A further 15 fell ill in the sauna like ceremony.
Now Ray has been found guilty of of three counts of negligent homicide Wednesday after a four-month trial and his multimillion-dollar empire is in tatters.
He will be sentenced soon.

EVERYONE has their thing. We understand that. We don't understand Keith "Beasty Boy" Kiefer, the canine copulator. Seems that cops in Phoenix responded to an ad our Keith posted on Craigslist. Intention? Sex with dogs! Seems Keith was lonely and trolling for dog owners who were offering their pets for hormone-charged hijinks. Last February, K9 Keith agreed to meet a dog handler and the pet at a local hotel. There, he would have his way... but they say unrequited love is painful even for 47-year-olds like Keith. He was arrested and recently convicted of conspiracy to commit beastiality.

FOX PHOENIX REPORTS: According to court documents, the detective responded to a posting Kiefer listed on Craigslist reading "Beasty Boy Looking for Dog Knot." They exchanged emails, in which Kiefer allegedly asked for a photo of the male dog's sexual organ. He received it and responded he "liked it very much," paperwork alleges.
Cops say there is a sick secret world on Craigslist of people seeking sex with animals. He was also busted with a buddy, Patrick Trejo, a teacher now on administrative leave (ya think?)

JARED LEE LOUGHNER 'MENTALLY INCOMPETENT'

GUN NUT Jared Lee Loughner who is accused of the shooting rampage which killed six people and wounded   U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, among others, has been ruled mentally incompetent to stand trial by a federal judge. U.S. District Judge Larry Burns made the decision after reading reports - which have not been made public -  by psychologist Christina Pietz and psychiatrist Matthew Carrollwho examined him during a five week stay at a federal facility.
It means his trial will be delayed indefinitely. The two were asked to determine whether Loughner understands the consequences of the case against him which has seen him plead not guilty to 49 federal charges. 
He is charged with the shooting at a meet-and-greet event that wounded Giffords and 12 others and killed six people, including a 9-year-old 
Loughner will now be sent to a federal facility for a maximum of four months to see if his competency can be restored.
If he's later determined to be competent, the case against him will resume, if not, his stay at the facility can be extended. There are no limits on the number of times such extensions can be granted.

HUGE DRUG SMUGGLING TUNNEL FOUND ON AZ. BORDER

A HUGE 250 foot drug smuggling tunnel through solid rock, complete with lights, water pumps and ventilation has been found beneath the US, Mexican border.   
In the week when the Governor of Arizona signed a bill to erect a huge wall between her state and Mexico, it turns out that the ruthless drug cartels have been smuggling their product underground for some time. 
State authorities said they've found dozens of tunnels in the border city Nogales, this one was by far the most sophisticated.
Chief border patrol agent Randy Hill said those who were building it had chiselled through solid rock and installed lighting and other equipment.
They found an entrance to the tunnel which lies 15 ft below ground and is three feet wide, by five high, on May 2 in an abandoned building. 
He said: "It is a prime example of the risks traffickers will take and the lengths they will go to smuggle contraband into our country."
